Comfortable & quiet!

My husband & I have stayed a couple times. First stay I went to front desk to have points added for rewards program after eating in Shoeless Joe’s. Man at front desk was on a personal call & told us to come back & add points when we check out. Well, when checking out we were frazzled, trying to hurry, others needing help also. We were unable to get the rewards at that time & apparently we lost all rewards for our first stay & restaurant rewards. No reason the employee couldn’t put his call on hold the first time we asked him to take care of it. That’s the only thing that upset us. The fact we lost a lot of rewards due to the Front Desk Employee caring more about his personal phone call than helping guests.

It needs an upgrade I really don’t understand all the bad reviews at this hotel, we almost canceled account of them but didn’t and was very glad we didn’t. Yes it’s a little old but it was clean had no bad smell like the other reviews said. Would definitely go back. The only negative was the breakfast in the restaurant it was awful, eggs over done, potatoes cold, would go elsewhere for breakfast.

I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that checked me in. Extremely professional and welcoming. I asked about the renovations that had occurred since my last stay, and he was very knowledgeable about them, and even informed me of upcoming improvements. I will stay at your hotel every time I visit that market. 2-3 times per month going forward. Your staff is excellent. The rooms are also much nicer since the renovations.

Tough question, but I would have to say that the chairs at the outside bar at Shoeless Joe’s are very uncomfortable, and not the right height for the bar. That is the only thing I can come up with.

Very clean, location is good. The noon checkout is nice - not rushed.

I have been IHG member for Years. Came back to this hotel because it USED to matter. VIP area- special floors - etc. None of that is happening anymore. We understood thru covid and were assured it would come back afterwards. We kept coming to this hotel. Now staff was borderline rude- could care less if You were there or not. Next time We come to the area.( about 4- 5 times a year) I will be looking at other locations. No reason to come back here anymore.

Location and Price, comfortable bed! Staff did an amazing job at correcting an issue with room also promptly provided fresh towels. Also was very pleased with shuttle service to airport (at 4 am)!

Room was first opposite of what was requested, hotel staff didn't see or recieve message request from booking.com. I did find a fingernail that looked like it may have been from housekeeping..

The staff was extremely helpful, as the room we were assigned had a strong objectionable odor. They found me a much better alternative. I liked the size and comfort of the room. i really liked having a grab bar in the shower.

One problem was that the glare through the light shades was too harsh to use the light in front, but only behind my back, which made working at the desk difficult. I never thought I would be bothered by too much light in the room, as the opposite is usually the problem, so that excess of light was better, but with a darker shade would be still superior. One great problem, though, is that the bathroom door does not close, so taking a shower has a breeze through the opening. The lack of privacy was fine for this old, married couple, but if two unmarried people were in that room, it might be very uncomfortable. It is a design problem, as there is space for a swing door, but this barn door style ran into the closest door hinges. Someone was not thinking well.

Love that there is a washer and dryer on the premises, I would never use it, however, it's good to know.😊

Bed covers needs to be softer, the cover felt rough, it's great for a decorative look of the bed, but not to cover with. Nice hotel, so I would have to bring my own blanket to cover with at night. There are no extra blankets and pillows in the room. A king room should have that.

Best fitness center I’ve ever used! Rooms were clean as all common areas. Great hot breakfast and grille/bar attached. So very close to other amazing restaurants!!!

Hard to get housekeeping on a longer stay. We left a request card on our door for clean linens on day 2, we received them but no more request cards. Had to call to request items daily. Had a two bed room and the beds were small and uncomfortable. The mattresses were smaller than the frames.

Most comfortable bed in the world! Very clean. Staff was excellent.

I paid for the breakfast. Would not recommend as it is credit towards a sit down breakfast at Shoeless Joes sports bar. Their food is excellent and I recommend however I didn’t have the time to sit down and eat and thought it was continental breakfast. But overall everything else was excellent and I highly recommend!

Although not a beach location was good with walking to restaurants znd movie theater . Good restaurant on premises. Nice pool

Used to staying on the beach but with the scars from Hurricane Ian we chose this location.
