Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers

The only issue I had with the hotel was the room key was not working good at all I changed keys about four or five different times during the week that I stayed and none of them was to my satisfactory. Other than that I thought the room service the room itself the amenities the services that it offered was fantastic was just great for the price and I would stay there again I just wish they could do something about the keys not working properly that was my biggest issue while I was there the service the customer service was fantastic it was great Plus for them.

The location was perfect since we had numerous friends that we visited in the area. The pool was very nice as was the lobby area. Our room was a good size and well appointed. There were a couple mostly cosmetic issues which is why I didn’t rate the satisfaction higher.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Checking in and out was seamless and our room was ready over an hour before check-in which was nice since we had plans to meet friends.

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The dinners were pleasant surprise, 5-forks. It was obvious the chef, Jasctain(sp?) took pride in his craft, and Master Mixologist, Brittany, made hanging out in the lounge a lot of fun. The pool area was very nice, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast I would only rate a 3-forks; pre-made pancakes and French toast were dry and hard, make-yourself waffles was done on waffle maker that was never cleaned, and the made to order omelettes were not as fluffy as what I’m used to. My wife did enjoy their oatmeal, and the fruit selections were fresh and flavorful.

Staff were outstanding and facilities very good.

Room only cleaned once and have to request if wanting more. this should be just done every 2nd day.

Very hidden location which is good and bad! Nicely decorated property, staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Complimentary coffee in lobby in morning. Tea would be nice for others who do not prefer coffee. Rooms were quiet from all other street traffic.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable/hard, room had a high frequency noise most of night, unsure where it was coming from, as nothing was running inside room. Someone on our floor had a large dog that barked loudly the first night...that was brought to the staff’s attention and I believe addressed as it stopped soon afterwards. Why the owners were not handling their pet, I cannot understand, but people are so inconsiderate these days. Poor water pressure in shower, so you spent twice as long showering to remove suds!

I don't think that breakfast was included in my stay. I thought I had to pay extra for it. So, I didn't get it.

It was difficult to find the hotel and entrance because it is tucked back. My GPS had me come in through a parking lot that showed the back side of 2 buildings. I didn't know which one of those (if either) was the hotel and had to weave around to try to find the front.

Breakfast was very tasty. A good variety of food choices. Location was convenient, since my daughter lives close by to pick us up for daytime activities. Staff very friendly and room was very clean.

We found the air conditioner a bit loud at night while trying to sleep.

When I was told about their options for complimentary breakfast, I was excited about the menu! Until they told me that the so-called complimentary breakfast wasn’t complementary. In fact, it was $8.95!

Did not get bkfast. Room was clean, friendly staff, bed very comfy.

Room in definite need of repairs. Handle on the end table was broken and hanging off. Furniture was old, scraped, floor lamp was crooked. Paint peeling on walls near the bathroom floor. Not what I expected from the Hilton!!

As much as the rooms were and breakfast was not included I didn't like that. I paid less and other hotels and breakfast was included and they had a very good buffet.
