Breakfast buffet was decent - prepackaged bagels/muffins, cream cheese, toast, eggs, sausage, bacon and cinnamon rolls. Main areas and room were clean. Location was great for Red Sox Spring Training games. Across the street from plenty of chain restaurants.

Checked in and was issued a key. Seemed staff couldn't have been bothered. No friendly welcome speech about pool, breakfast hours, exercise room, etc. Pool was on the smaller side. Pancake maker was broken the entire time.

Excellent (if a little sparse) equipment in Fitness Center. Nice breakfast area. Very good parking, plenty of spaces.

Hard floors in room seemed dirty, like they were poorly mopped. Sausage patties in the breakfast were terrible; dry and flavorless, probably had very little actual meat in them.

The kitchen staff was a little mean to my kids if they went down to get food and bring it to the room for everyone

The stff was friendly and rooms were clean.

The pool was closed. Breakfast on the weekend did nit start until 9:00.

very clean and quiet. We were here for our moms funeral and the staff was very compassionate. Windy took care of our reservations and put us all on the same floor which was very nice. We had four rooms and we were all next door from each other.

just need more trollies as we had to wait a while because they were been used. .

Bed very comfortable. Nice fixtures. Good shower.

Thermostat in room apparently overridden by central system, could not set room temperature. Lighting in room a bit dim.

The breakfast was great and the kitchen worker Maria was very nice and pleasant she made me and my family feel great and gave us a good laugh great location everything you need in walking distance

Wouldn't change a thing

It was located right off I-75 on the edge of a large shopping complex. Starbucks is next door within easy walking distance. There is a Home Depot and Target in the complex. The hotel itself is new, parking areas clean and well kept. TV was large in our room and you can use your own streaming equipment.

The have a single serve Keurig machine in the room that did not work. The mini fridge did not get cold enough for our liking.

We always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express because the price is within reason, it is very clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff act as though they like their job (you must treat them well!). Also, we used to like the breakfasts (boo hoo...they are a thing of the past). The grab and go breakfast is probably the best you can do with fauci's plandemic fraud. Politically incorrect...but too bad for the big fat CDC fibbers. (ps...they are a private organization; goal: make money)

I had a early check-in and so I guess they wrote it down at the front desk well I guess between the manager and the maids they didn't know if I was checking out or what that meant so I checked in at 12:00 at 12:30 I had the mage try to open up the door I had the top locked but and then like 15 minutes later the manager or whoever he was try to open up the door too and I'm just like and I was trying to relax too long day
