The hotel was very nice and clean.

It says 3000 from the beach. Well not really, its on a small area without beach/swimming access. It's a 15-20 min drive to the beach.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was great. We stay here every year and for the past few years breakfast has been good for the COVID restrictions in place, but this year it was back to normal. The hot food options every morning were excellent. They had biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs every morning and they changed out the other options like bacon, sausage links, sausage patties, and egg white omelets on different mornings. They also had pancakes, muffins, toast, grits, yogurt, and fruit. Coffee, milk, and a variety of juices were also available. The pool is small, but nice and clean with plenty of seating around.

The room is bigger than it looks in the photos, the beds are comfortable and there are different pillow firmness, soft and firm. The facility is really nice and the employees that clean the rooms do a really good job. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The tub and sink drains were really slow, like taking a bath and shower at the same time. I wanted to let someone know when we were checking out but there was no one at the desk, there was just a box to put your keys in when you leave.

The room was very clean, good size, very good lighting. Staff was awesome, food was ok. I did have to call the staff to let them know the iron board was broken and they replaced it immediately which I was very pleased. Also the tv lost signal and they also went immediately to fix it. Other hotels take their sweet time to go up and resolve anything.. Didn't happend with them i give them a 10. Overall I would stay here again.

seemed like the hotel was fairly new, if not is well taken care of.

couldn’t sleep in the bed, not their fault though, because they had new beautyrest mattresses but I have gone through three beds at home to find one that lets me sleep due to back and hip problems. the only other problem was all the white milk for breakfast was bad, soured and curdled. didn’t try the chocolate.

This was the perfect location to explore multiple areas of fort Walton beach. We were able to enjoy our stay with no inconvenience or interruptions. I really liked the washer and dryer on site! It helped us avoid a pile of laundry when we get home.

The pillows were a little less supportive than I’d prefer, but it didn’t impact the comfort or enjoyment.

a bar would be a great upgrade in that location.

I LOVED this hotel it was nice and peaceful less then 10 minutes away from the beach we stayed in room 229 which had a decent view

the only small thing I didn’t like was it stated No Smoking but on my way out for check out I smelled the awful smell of cigarettes and the only reason I didn’t say anything to staff because not only was I checking out my kids wasn’t with me either soooo yeah lol

I travel quite a bit and needed a hotel room at the last minute. Literally the same day. The entire staff from front desk, cleaning were awesome, friendly and so dang helpful. The breakfast alone was incredible. I'm telling everyone to stay here. I've stayed at high end hotels this was 👍great

Not one thing to not like

Our room was huge (although I can't guarantee it was the size of every room, as we are at the end of the hallway), and the bed was VERY comfy! I was stoked they had ther full breakfast open in spite of Covid-19 - the only modification being they had an attendant gathering everything for you. The hotel was super close to everywhere we wanted to be.

The only reason I'm not giving this place a perfect 100 is that I could tell the bathroom floor had not been mopped (or mopped properly). Kind of gross, especially when it's an easy task. (And I can say this as I've cleaned rooms before.)
