The hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The ladies at the front desk were always so friendly and helpful to me with all my questions, and I really appreciated that. The hotel is true "beachfront", and has a restaurant on the main lobby, and also a pizza restaurant by the pool which overlooks the beautiful ocean. I went to the restaurant in the lobby a few times and the food was always delicious, especially their breakfast, and very convenient being onsite. You also have the option to rent beach chairs which I did as well. There are also many restuarants close enough to just walk over to which I did. I also loved the onsite garage parking which really helped those hot summer days, and security was always there monitoring the parking lot so I felt very safe overall. My room was decorated nicely, with a good view of the ocean, and was more than enough space just for me, and the bed was super comfy.

It would've been nice to have a room safe, my room didn't. I'm not sure if others may have or not?

Everything was great! I wish we would have gotten free breakfast for the price we paid.

Housekeeping wasn't very polite when I asked for towels. I asked for towels and they started asking me questions. Just give me some towels please. I left the sign on my door, so, I understood that nobody could come in. One of them finally gave me some.

The ocean view from our window was beautiful! I loved the access from the first floor that takes you straight to the pool and beach. The hotel is a short drive to great restaurants and family attractions.

The staff at the front desk were very rude! They treated us like we didn't belong there. I know we probably looked a little rough after being in the car for so long to get there, but it was not appropriate behavior from the staff.

I loved everything about the property.The staff was all very nice.The hotel was on the beach.The rooms were really nice and clean.They changed our sheets every other day.We loved it and we plan to stay there every year on our Fla vacation.

There is nothing we didn’t like .We loved our stay.

Great facility and amenities. Very cozy and at a reasonable price. Great location!

Consider a bigger pool. Consider adding a hot tub and sauna.

Not on the Gulf just a distance view. The television didn't work most of the 3 days. We paid a lot for a room and TV didn't work. Toilet paper is one ply. I expected more for we paid!

The location!!! I picked this hotel for the location and value. I was very happy in that regard! We walked out our hotel, down the pier, and we were right on the beach. The beach was beautiful! We were also very close to a lot of attractions! I was also very happy with the size of our room. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.

The pool was much smaller in person then it looked online. In fact, It was way too small in size and relation to the size of the hotel. Max capacity was 20 people! Therefore the water was very hot and and it was very crowded (12-15 people) most of the time.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this place Everyone was extremely nice a d it's a very clean hotel

We liked everything about our stay

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. The beach access was phenomenal and we were able to use the heated pool in January! The room was very spacious and all items were comfortable. It was more than we usually spend on a hotel and was well worth it! Oh and my kiddos loved the free hot chocolate bar. Restaurants in walking distance as well.
