we enjoyed our stay the new renovations were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful decor.

The man at the restaurant bar was rude so we only went there one time. the burger was good though.

Drove 8 hours from Texas to be here. It was so clean and beautiful!! The staff was very nice. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and I promise it was not long enough! we had an amazing view of the pool and beach from our balcony. The beach was so beautiful, The Remedy restaurant downstairs had very good food and drinks! I highly recommend everything on the menu. We will definitely return again next year.

The beachfront views were perfect. The restaurant on site "The Remedy" offered fantastic food, drinks and customer service. Room service was very helpful and gave clean towels when needed and left a spotless room.

Having to go through the restaurant outdoor seating area to get to the beach was a little awkward when you're dripping from swimming, but understandable with the layout of the hotel. Pool was kept clean and while not used the workout room had ample space and equipment.

We enjoyed the separation of rooms. The rooms are updated. Most staffs are helpful.

We ended up leaving in the middle of the night on the last day because the people in the next to us had a fight. They screamed, they slammed door, the banged on our door for assistance. Their little Kids were involved. We called the front desk for help but was told they will look into. The situation dragged on for over an hour, we fear for our lives because the people that had problems were drunk and loud. The hotel didn’t do anything or send security or police for help, especially when there were children involved with the people who are arguing. After 3rd reports we left around midnight.

Newly remodeled hotel! Our room had a tile shower. Breakfast was very good my wife loved the strawberry pancakes.

We didn't care for the lunch menu. Girl at the front desk was not friendly. There was a cricket in our room that chirped all night we had to wear earplugs. They charge extra for parking and the beach chairs.

The location is nice, not too much party life in the evenings but close enough to Destin. Beachfront and pool side relaxation areas were very nice. The best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Excellent breakfast options with daily variety and it was flavorful!

We were locked out of our room because of an electric malfunction on the door lock. Had to wait a while then be moved into another room across the way. Was compensated with rewards points for the inconvenience. Also, at the very end of my stay, literally last morning, I noticed popcorn crumbs and kernels in my bed. We didn’t have popcorn during our stay so I’m sure the sheets weren’t properly changed out!! gross!

Our overall experience was amazing! We enjoyed the location of the hotel, and the renovation was beautifully done in an upscale, cozy coastal theme. The restaurant had delicious food and drinks. With all that said, I'd return because of the staff. They were welcoming, friendly, kind, and absolutely the best going above and beyond. They made our stay and experience exceptional!

It is in a perfect location, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. There were 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach for each room at no additional cost. The pool was very nice. it was very clean, we never had an issue either cleanliness of the property. All the staff were gracious and welcoming. We had a king room with a balcony overlooking the gulf. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were high quality.

The room was very clean but needed a little updating. The mattresses were updated and comfortable but the room needed a fresh coat of paint. Also, the toilet paper was cheap. These are my only two negatives. I feel petty since we had such a great stay.

I loved the easy access to the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable. The A/C was real cold, so that was a huge plus. I am still very careful because of COVID so, I liked that I could get to my room w/o having to go through an inside lobby everyday. I liked that i could get to the beach without having to walk inside a lobby each day. The stairs were outside or I could take the elevator from outside and wear a mask. The hall to our room was all outside and lots of fresh air circulation. I liked how easily the staff delivered anything we requested like towels etc. They always brought it within minutes. All of the staff were extremely nice. The free breakfast was always very fresh and great variety each day too. Always fresh coffee during the day in the lobby.. we will be going back to this hotel for sure. Thanks!
