Every single staff member was incredibly friendly. The hotel was smaller than the surrounding ones and we loved it. We didn't have to run into as many people as we would have done at a larger facility. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a private boardwalk to the beach. The pool was super cute and great for little kids. It had an umbrella shaped fountain that the kids (or adults) could play under.

The only issue we had was one of the elevators broke and made using them take up to 15 minutes. However things breaking isn't under anyone's control so we understood.

The staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Gave us great ideas on where to eat, etc. Breakfast staff were really nice and helpful also. Amazing location. I loved walking right from the hotel to the beach.

Water pressure is horrible. It is hard to rinse the shampoo out of hair. A power outlet needs to be by the mirror in the main room, so guests can use it to do their hair or makeup. Did not like the waffles, they were way to sweet. It would be nice if you could have a waffle maker to make our own.

I paid almost $400 more through booking.com when I could’ve waited and paid at the hotel for a lot better price. That disappointed me

Super clean hotel! The proximity to the beach and our room was incredible! the pool was more of a kiddie pool, but having a 5 year old it worked for us. The staff (with exception of the guy who check us in), were so pleasant!! Our cargo holder was damaged in the middle of the night and the man in maintenance came and worked on it before we left……Amazing people!!The breakfast is SO good, and it changes daily! I would definitely stay again!

It was frustrating to travel 8 hours with crying kids only to stand in front of the hotel attendant that ignored my existence as he typed away on his computer. The parking was tight, our cargo holder was damaged in the middle of the night by an anonymous driver. Also half way through our stay one of the elevators was broke down, which took quite a long time to wait on one elevator servicing all 4 floors. Lastly, we booked the Executive King Suite, we had planned on our 5 year old sleeping in the King size bed with us…. it was not a typical King size. It was just a little roomier than a queen but not the King size we’re used to.

Just a couple of steps on a boardwalk to the wonderful white sand beach. Everything clean and nice. Heated pool and Gym. Solid complimentary breakfast. Free self parking. Kind and friendly staff. Cleaning lady was knocking on door at day of departure asking if we needed anything before we leave later.

Smallish pool and gym, just enough of both to check the pool and gym boxes. Most rooms don‘t face the beach due to the building‘s layout situation. Don‘t expect beach view.

Breakfast great. Staff nice and friendly. They were wonderful. They had coffee tea and water available at all times. Which is a great plus. They had two different showers available outside which was very nice to wash off from the beach. The pool area was comfortable. Seem to be plenty of parking when we were there and some covered parking which was nice. It’s great to be able to go into the elevator and go straight up to your floor and not have to go through a reception area. The added security of the cards that only allows you to go to your floor is nice and makes you feel more secure.

You could smell that there had been pets in there dog cat or something but it smelt like a dog which we did not complain about it because we were only there 3 days. And it’s probably one of those things that just cleaning cannot do anything about it it’s probably something like urine that’s in the carpet down in the padding that can’t be taken care of by a typical housekeeping. It would probably have to have the carpet shampooed and the pad shampooed.

Breakfast was mostly packaged foods that were steamed, or a variety of cereals and oatmeal. There was some yogurt and fresh fruit also. The beach was really convenient to the hotel. Beach chair rental with an umbrella for all day was under $50. That was a pleasant surprise. The rooms was incredibly clean. I cannot begin to describe how little sand was in the hotel. Most beach hotels pick up a gritty feel on tile surfaces or the carpet will show evidence of sand, not this one. I really did like that I needed a key to be able to go to my floor level.

Breakfast was okay. The lady who worked the breakfast area worked super hard and kept the dining area clean and food stocked. It was a little disconcerting to enter the elevator to go to the 1st floor to check in. It seemed a little extra to have to ask the front desk for towels or to return the towels there each evening.

The property was in the perfect location for the beach and a variety of restaurants. It was also clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was exceptional!

The lobby was closed after breakfast so you couldn’t sit down to have a family style dinner during your stay. There simply wasn’t enough space inside the room to do so once you unpacked. other then that, everything was perfect.

THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT FOR ME AND MY WIFE. WE WERE IN FOR A WEDDING THAT WAS AT ANOTHER HOTEL A FEW MILES BY THE ATTRACTIONS. STILL FAMILY FRIENDLY, ALSO GOOD FOR COUPLES WHO DONT NEED THE HUGE POOL WITH THE WATER SLIDES. BETTER VALUE TOO. THE WATER AND SAND HAVE NOT BEEN DIGITALLY ENHANCED… THERE WAS A DAY WHERE THE OCEAN WAS CALM AND THE WATER REMINDED ME OF ARUBA!

Breakfast was amazing, the location was wonderful it's amazing! I will probably never book another hotel or stay anywhere in Florida but here! The vicinity the area was beautiful! People were pleasant! I overall had an amazing experience and can't wait to come back for our anniversary Sept15-18th!
