The friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the place although we did see one big Roach while we were there 🤔it was just a nice cozy quiet place we enjoyed our stay and we will stay again in the future 😘

The big ROACH RUNNING ACROSS THE COUNTER I BELIEVE IT CAME FROM OUTSIDE UNDER THE DOOR BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THE OUTSIDE LIGHT UNDER YOUR DOOR THERE IS NO MOLDING TO PREVENT AROUND THE DOOR POST AND UNDER🥺

The room, staff, and breakfast were all good. I would like to let others know that this hotels pictures do not match the two queen room layout. It's not the hotels fault from what they told me. They have contacted booking.com and told them the pictures are not correct. There is no adjoining rooms in any of there two queen rooms like it shows in the pictures. The overall experience was good and would stay again.

Easy to get around

Property needs maintanence. For example, knob on shower was falling off; very rusty lights in room; pealing paint in bathroom. Also floor was very slippery in the room, might have been from the wax or cleaner that was used. The room was very clean however and staff are hard workers and they aim to please. Would have liked more variety at the breakfast area.

Room was ready. elevator worked. Breakfast in the morning was good. Had a person at breakfast to help with waffle maker. Actually the person helped with anything you needed. Really made getting breakfast much easier and everything was kept clean and neat.

There was no ice. They said the machine was broke. You should have an ice machine on every floor so if one breaks down you don't stick your customers with no ice. I had to go out and buy ice. I should not have had to do that.

The people at the front desk were super friendly and knew who we were. When they found out we were there for the Mayo Clinic they gave us the Mayo Clinic discount

Breakfast was good, but had the lady over breakfast make a lot of rude comments about what people were eating and what they were taking. She clearly didn’t like her job and wasn’t a people person so they stuck her on breakfast like what was the worse she could do. She did poorly. Needs to learn to keep her comments to herself more.

What I liked most about this Baymont is that when I walked into the lobby to check in it smelled very clean. I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again and I would recommend others to do the same. Thanks

Everything was good.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff was great and very friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than expected. Bathroom was very small, had to turn around in. I was on the first floor and there were vagrants peeping in our window. That was rather unsettling.

Workers were very friendly and accommodating. We have to return to Jacksonville in two weeks and will not stay anywhere else. This was a medical trip (Mayo) and the comfort and friendliness of the staff made it much less nerve wrecking on us. Thank you.

Couldn't find anything to dislike.

Most of it was just fine.

A sink in the bathroom would have been better. A/C unit did not function well. Was not that cold even running at 68 and when I would arrive back in the room after work it was warm and not running at the temp selected. Which was 68.

the only things i can comment on ar the room and staff as the pool and breakfast were unavailable. The hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. The room was a good size, clean, and nicely decorated.

i didn't like that the breakfast area was closed. I understand why, but feel something could have been done. eg. a box with coffee, muffin, yogurt for example. I did not go back to the booking to see if it said breakfast was not available.
