I arrived late on Aug 7th. Then on Tues I wasn't feeling well si I called t front desk spoke with Millet. Explained what was happening she contacted 911 for me 10 minutes later Jacksonville fire and rescue arrived took me down to ambulance did an EKG an I had a heart attack. From that initial interaction with Millet to the Jacksonville members to Memorial hospital er, the cardiologist I was saved. If not for the quick accurate care I received I would not be here today. I want to thank everyone involved with my care. Praise God for giving me a new lease on life.

I have not one complaint the facilities at this site are exceptional.

Location , surrounding stores and restaurants curb appeal of the property was beautiful. Staff was professional .

There was work being done on the roof till 9:00pm at night ! and also after a long day of traveling I had to wake up early in the morning because maintenance had to clean all the filters of all the acs in the building and it was very early in the morning and the maintenance guys did not clean up after themselves . While I can appreciate the work being done the time these task started m/ended was just inconvenient .

The location was great, the price was great, the amenities were great, and the room was very clean!!! All of this was the best part of the stay.

What Breakfast!!!! Although not advertised to have one, most modern hotels have at least a continental breakfast. Coffee is only available from 5 am to 11 am also with only powder creamer. This is my only complaint about the whole stay.

I loved the fact that I was treated like VIP as I entered the door. The reception of my arrival was fantastic. The desk person was not robotic, he had a warm tone while checking me in. He even engaged in conversation. I was made to feel that I was their #1 occupant for the night! Upon entering my room, it was like fresh air! No smoke or pet smells!! After doing my own check of the bed and bathroom, I was very pleased!

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer! It was a wonderful stay.

No additional cost for pets. Price was right for just traveling on to final destination.

A lot of talking in the middle of night. I think it came from guests but not sure. One night someone was shouting outside for person(s) to leave or they would call police. A little scary.

Extra Security was a plus, The staff was amazing. Was very clean and a great location. I would stay there again.

The Ac should have been cooler, it was very humid in the room. We bought a fan to cool the room off. But it’s okay because it’s not there fault it’s something that happens in the summer.

very quiet rooms. you cannot hear people in the room beside yours. staff was very friendly and helpful. and dogs stay free, which is huge!

they charge a fee for late check out. the elevator is a little scary. and like all places in Jacksonville, they have a problem with homeless hanging around

Location was great

The pool lights stay on all night so if you have a room by the pool you will need to take a sleep mask as it appears daylight all night.

The location was perfect for us to get to the beaches, shopping, St. Augustine and the airport. The beds were terrific, comfy and clean, good towels and shower. Microwave and fridge worked fine. Our room was quiet and roomy enough. The safe can accommodate 2 laptops and other stuff. An excellent Cracker Barrel restaurant was in easy walking distance, while numerous other eateries were a short drive away. (Would not recommend this particular Waffle House though).

While the floor was easy-care laminate, sadly it wasn't as clean as the rest of the room (dust bunnies and sticky areas) and if it is important for you, the room is serviced only for longer stays of 7 nights or more. This is not mentioned in the description (which it should) and was supposedly posted somewhere that I didn't see. It begs the question why a tip envelope and instructions for its use was strategically positioned under the TV at arrival. That said, asking for an extra towel at the front desk was not a problem and for a 3 night stay making our own beds was ok - certainly environmentally friendly.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Pool was nice until the partiers showed up with coolers.

I choose this location for the pool and bar. The bar was closed because someone didn't show up for work.
