Quiet, comfortable, safe, convenient, and reasonably priced hotel. Hotel staff are very nice. Night clerk, Arianne always greets every guest with a warm smile and willingness to make your stay like you are at home.

Air in the elevator is not cool enough, especially if someone got stuck in there more than a few minutes. Additional clean wash clothes should be available at all times, especially with another covid variant, causing people to be sick again.

We liked that the rooms had full kitchen setup and very comfortable beds. We also liked the location of the hotel close to all the restaurants and softball fields that we were playing in. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

It was a little noisy slamming of doors and loud footsteps from above room, but it did calm down after a while.

The leadership has been very helpful in helping be able too take care of things financially Dewayne is a good leader an I believe Robert would make a good GM. Other staff is very good as well good work ethic and do what is necessary to get the job done. All have been very helpful during my difficult times of cancer treatment and I appreciate it very much.

Snack machine issues not the hotels issue. Everything else has been addressed

New management.. definitely a different vibe a better vibe.. room I had on the 3rd floor was actually clean. No smells..

Elevator was out of order my whole stay...had to go up the stairwell..but I didn't mind only because I had a very good room. It was clean and comfortable.

The room was very nice and modernized it was also very clean and spacious.

The hotel staff took it upon themselves to charge the car that I had on file a whole another night just because they didn't check us out at 11:00 or come to our room and I overslept I never gave them permission to do so and I'm still disputing it with my bank as we speak

I loved it because it look like a studio and everything was nice and clean. The best motel I have ever stayed at. Thank yall for everything yall did for us we felt like home again

I really like the room and all the shelving for storage. Also liked the kitchen.

A better greeting from the front desk clerk would have been nice.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and bright.

The TV wasn't working (I didn't bother to ask for help I just used my iPad). You can hear noises from other rooms that was my only little issue.

Michelle and Robert an the whole crew are outstanding excellent leadership an stay has been very good during strees ful times of cancer treatment. Only complaint is vending machines have not been filled or working TY wood springs for everything

Room was exceptionally clean and beds were quite comfortable.

Barebones amenities in rooms. No coffee pot, no blow dryer, no tissue. Bath towels and wash clothes provided, but no hand towels. Two small bars of soap and two very small bottles of shampoo.
