Marriott Jacksonville

Welcoming, my team started off the day on the 9th floor with a clean space to garb quick healthy choices before we started our conference.

My key card did allow access to the 9th floor and so many of us were staying there from my team and assumed it was included as my team invited me up to grab a quick bite before we headed to office. On the last day my card did not work and the front desk shared it I was not given permission to access. I thought that was odd. She should have explained the why so I understood just saying you don't have access and not permitted. Many of my coworkers do not have Marriott point or choose to stay at a Marriott like I have and thus I that was odd.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet, staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were good and I liked the fact that they had USB Charging Points.

We tried to book by the beach and mistook the Jackson Beaches Description to be just that, we were disappointed that it was 30 minutes from the beach.

I enjoyed my stay here. I came in town for my daughter's competition. The staff was so friendly from the time I checked in until I left. The bartender at the bar was amazing I can't remember her name I want to say it was Amy but she made the best Bahama Mama drinks. I will definitely be staying here next year for competition.

Everything was so beautifully cleaned, our room view was amazing, it was near the pool. Staff was very pleasant not a mean face in sight. I can't forget how well my husband slept on the most comfortable bed ever, he's diabetic so sleep is very important to him. I literally had to drag him out of bed. Lol. We'll most definitely be back. Thanks for a great birthday weekend for my husband 😘

Front desk gentleman was extremely helpful and professional. Rooms were well designed and comfortable. I will definitely stay at this location in the future.

The bedding was superb. I think the mattress would be fine for most people. My back was hurting this morning. I may just be more accustomed to my bed at home. I’m not really complaining because everything else was so good.

We felt so welcome the moment we walked into the hotel. I would like to thank the amazing staff who essentially catered to my mom! She loved every minute. The rooms were very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. I can’t wait to stay again.

The hotel was exceptional. Very clean, professional staff, quiet and spacious.

I was told there was breakfast, but not that it was for elite members only. Breakfast was $25 per person and was not a homemade meal. It was more packaged for unwrapped, heated and then set out buffet style.

Perfect location for our trip to Jacksonville. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. I also liked that there was plenty of parking close to the entrance.

We had a long drive that day and wanted to order food from restaurant in bar to take to the room. Half the menu that was offered was not actually available. I would strongly suggest updating the menu posted to your TVs screen, it made ordering for three teenagers a bit challenging.
