Welcoming, my team started off the day on the 9th floor with a clean space to garb quick healthy choices before we started our conference.

My key card did allow access to the 9th floor and so many of us were staying there from my team and assumed it was included as my team invited me up to grab a quick bite before we headed to office. On the last day my card did not work and the front desk shared it I was not given permission to access. I thought that was odd. She should have explained the why so I understood just saying you don't have access and not permitted. Many of my coworkers do not have Marriott point or choose to stay at a Marriott like I have and thus I that was odd.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet, staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were good and I liked the fact that they had USB Charging Points.

We tried to book by the beach and mistook the Jackson Beaches Description to be just that, we were disappointed that it was 30 minutes from the beach.

I enjoyed my stay here. I came in town for my daughter's competition. The staff was so friendly from the time I checked in until I left. The bartender at the bar was amazing I can't remember her name I want to say it was Amy but she made the best Bahama Mama drinks. I will definitely be staying here next year for competition.

Perfect location for our trip to Jacksonville. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. I also liked that there was plenty of parking close to the entrance.

Everything was so beautifully cleaned, our room view was amazing, it was near the pool. Staff was very pleasant not a mean face in sight. I can't forget how well my husband slept on the most comfortable bed ever, he's diabetic so sleep is very important to him. I literally had to drag him out of bed. Lol. We'll most definitely be back. Thanks for a great birthday weekend for my husband 😘

We lived the facility and the staff. Very nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. We all went to top golf, before getting to the hotel. We woke feeling beat up. But it was ok.

We felt so welcome the moment we walked into the hotel. I would like to thank the amazing staff who essentially catered to my mom! She loved every minute. The rooms were very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. I can’t wait to stay again.

the breakfast is a rip off. $25/person for the buffet and the food is basic buffet which is free is all other hotels.

I was told there was breakfast, but not that it was for elite members only. Breakfast was $25 per person and was not a homemade meal. It was more packaged for unwrapped, heated and then set out buffet style.
