The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated the staff.

One of the elevators was being worked on the duration of my stay, which resulted in extra long wait times on the one operational elevator. Also, upon check in, I only could find one baggage cart in the entire building. It was rather inconvenient, searching for a way to get all of my bags up to the room in one trip and honestly, I probably would've gotten it done faster just carrying them in multiple trips from the start.

The staff was really friendly and tried to help with requests. It was nice that Walmart and Walgreens delivered so I didn't need to leave to get last minute stuff. The area is nice next to the river and nice restaurants.

The hotel could use a update l, but the room was clean and comfortable. The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors sometimes, but breakfast was decent, so it was a good value overall.

Clean, friendly staff. Not of the same caliber of the Hampton I stayed at in Orlando and a higher nightly rate, but still a good hotel. In the developing Riverwalk area so not a lot of options for dining, but the manager made a great recommendation and I received some sort of discount when picking up my order.

more about Booking.com than the actual hotel. When I put Jacksonville Airport into the filters, this location showed up; not knowing the area and being a fan of Hampton, I booked, but there were definitely other locations closer to Jacksonville airport. We were 10 miles out.

Great location... within walking distance of the hospital complex. We were able to park within the barrier compound.... seemed small - not sure if a full hotel could be accomodated in that area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. No charging for parking! Bathroom had some issues with plumbing - particularly with tub draining.... even more of an issue if the toilet was flushed during the slow drain. The room were was proportioned - one very comfortable king bed allowing for ample walking/sitting space. Breakfast was excellent, a true pre-covid experience. We were right by the elevator but heard little of coming and going guests. Overall an extremely restful experience.

Location is very nice. Walking distance to allot of places. The pool was easy acces and the gym was good. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. They helped us to switch rooms after complaining about our room being next to the elevator shaft.

First room we got as an '' free upgrade'' was not even close to an upgrade. We got a room next to the elevator shaft and smelled like smoke first time we enterd. Thankfully the staff was kind and switched our room once we asked for that.

The staff was very friendly especially Keisha she was very pleasant and took care of any concerns right away. Also Ms.Tina and Ms. Josette. We had bumps in the road but the staff took care of everything we needed. Ms. Kiki was leading the staff well.

I'm not a pet owner and I didn't know dogs could be in the room prior to humans checking in without pets. My husband's allergies were going crazy. We had to be moved twice. There should be one floor for pets that is my opinion.

Convenient to what we were doing in Jax. Staff kind and friendly. Comfy beds.

The way the furnishings were arranged meant that if you needed to use the desk for work like I did you had to sit directly next to the AC unit and either freeze off an ear or make everyone else uncomfortable. Need some rearranging.

Good location and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The first room they tried to put us in reeked of cigarette smoke. All rooms were designated as non-smoking. Then they put us in rooms that were not what we reserved. We had to be moved again to a room with a pull-out sofa.

Breakfast and breakfast staff was fantastic. Nice gym facility!

Stayed 4 nights so no fresh towels or cleaning. Lounge chairs by the pool would be nice.

The breakfast was fresh(hot). The front desk staff were amazing. Especially Ms.Kesha and the other Ladies as well. I didn’t get a chance to get their names. Whatever I asked for in a reasonable situation they were able to meet our needs. I will definitely go back. Thanks!
