The view was beautiful. Hotel was nice, modern and clean.

Biggest issue was the window that opens. it’s like a sliding glass door with about a 4ft railing outside the window, as a mother I did not get very much sleep being worried. Yes there’s a lock but it’s easy to unlock, if you were to lean on this guard rail and it gives, you fall from the 15th floor to the ground, an intoxicated person, someone could trip, someone with mental illness, could die. Kid’s could easily climb this and fall to their death. when I voiced my concern, the hotel employee just said “well all of them are that way, sorry.”

My husband always enjoy meeting new people each time we visit. We came down for the Jazz Festival. We always stay at the Hyatt bc of the location and great customer services.

I didn't like the fact the room we request for a 6 year wedding anniversary was no longer available when we arrived. However the manger did offer us a sweet however it wasn't a ocean view like my husband wanted. So we just settle for the 2 queen bed and the $150 guest allowance. Over all we were thankful we just slept apart...lol

The Bar was filled with travelers. Jorge our waiter kept a smile on his face and did an excellent job of serving in a fast manner. He was right on and his personality was so infectious I really enjoyed our little stop. the food was good as well. the Brussels and pork belly were our favorite.

homeless men around the building begging for cigarettes and change late at night. my girlfriend and I felt uneasy. we were coming back and three or four men asking us for stuff. Gross

The location is excellent, though I wish there were more restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. The Mortons restaurant, attached to the hotel, was equally hospitable.

The toilet was extraordinarily low. It was like doing a major squat to get off the john. The top floor pool is quite attractive, even though the design is dated. But the exterior side of the door to the pool area needs to be sanded down and painted. It really looks shoddy. There is no microwave in the room. There is no grab bar by the shower when getting out onto a tile floor.

Proximity to Daily's Place. Staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I liked the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower.

We asked about a shuttle to the venue (Daily's Place) and we were told no shuttle, we needed a taxi. However, on leaving the venue and waiting for our taxi, a golf cart shuttle pulled up and asked us if we needed a ride ! The mattress on the bed was too firm/hard. The coffee in the room was awful & skimpy on the fake creamer & sugar. Why not have the same coffee as the hotel's breakfast, which was awesome (but breakfast way too expensive) The roof top hot tub was empty & closed. The roof top bar was closed.

Most of the staff was great, very helpful

When I went to check in I guess I got in the wrong line I was in the Hyatt VIP line but I wasn't a VIP so the guy checked me was very disrespectful and was really rude, then when I checked out he had charged me for valet parking and self parking, then I asked for a cart for my bags he never looked at me a said over there never pointed in any direction

Excellent location and nice amenities

Elevators went down. Couldn’t get to our room. Staff brought us to back elevator with other customers to get us to our rooms but couldn’t get in! Elevator would go up and come down or the door would close but it wouldn’t move. Stranded! Once it was all over, the staffer thanked us for our patience, took our room number and said she would “send something up to us”. Never saw anything nor heard from anybody first or last.

The staff was very professional. We had a vehicular problem and we’re able to check in early after being up very early in the morning and driving a long distance. The restaurant staff were very attentive but not overly so. The food was well prepared The location was perfect and we enjoyed the waterfront river walk and view from our room.

A comfort height toilet would have been nice

Very clean, bright, very pleasant and efficient staff. Everything was easily accessible.. very long 4 p.m. check in line but it only took about 20 minutes in line.

Buy a room with breakfast included. What I didn't like was my reservation is supposed to come with breakfast included which I paid. They tell me I only had breakfast for 1. This is ridiculous, why would I want only want one breakfast if there are 2 of us. This I blame on booking .com. either they screwed up or they misrepresented the breakfast included. I paid more for this room so we could have breakfast. I walked out of there with a bill for a breakfast buffet for 2 for $64 or more dollars. Only half of it was paid for. And to top it off it was lousy. Save your money.

Very spacious lobby, and well presentable. Staff was friendly. I'm happy the upgrade was offered for aditional $20 bc the city view is very unattractive.

Need to provide comforter/blankets for beds. Had to call guest services for 2 comforters as there were none on the beds. Only one was brought up, so had to request a 2nd one. There was no fitted sheet on one of the beds so the bedding was all scrunched up as I slept...not comfortable. When I checked out, I shared my experience with front desk, and the clerk did apologize for my experience.
