The room - corner king- was very spacious and comfortable. Bed and linens very comfortable. Having a good size mini fridge in the room was great. Location across from the TU Center was desirable for our visit. Susan at check-in was very nice and kept us informed about check-in; she was also very friendly at check-out.

Our room was not ready when we arrived @ 3:15pm; had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. Parking should be included; valet parking for $25/night is exorbitant and self-parking @ $14/night is not connected to the hotel, so we got soaking wet from the rain upon arrival. Bathroom was clean but shower needs to be updated. Except for the theatre across the street, there are no other restaurants, bars, shops near the hotel. The bar and restaurant in-site are expensive.

Really good view of the city buildings and bridges. Great customer service! When my concern for being placed next to early morning crying babies was made, we were immediately moved to another room!

Had to pay for parking, but we were in downtown Jacksonville, so EVERYWHERE requires parking fees.

It was located right across the street from the concert venue we attended. The only thing that was a concern was that there was no place to eat. The hotel restaurant was booked. So we wound up getting hot dogs at the concert venue.

There was only one restaurant and it was booked. The hotel could recommend making reservations at their restaurant ahead of time so we could have known todo so.

The location was within perfect distance of attractions.

My room was near another guest room with a little dog that barked the Marjority of the time they were in their room and it sounded loud enough to be in my own room. I'm allergic to pets, so I try to avoid being anywhere near or staying in a room that has dander residue. The rooms headboards needed to be cleaned over and polished again after the last guest or few before me. But other than that, the stay was fine. Parking is not handicap accessible and pay to park everyday should be revisited by the hotel sharing a deck with other businesses.

Staff was wonderful, and helpful. Frank from valet was a wonderful guide, and assisted with inquiries I had with my car. Gerald from Maintenance was quick to respond to the room for assisting with an issue I had with the tv. The Restaurant staff was wonderful. Loved it.

Had one issue with dinner. Management was quick to resolve my issue.

I’ve never been to this city before. If you were an adventurer who would like to explore this place, please do not miss this recommendation. Staffing. The receptionists are very professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve. Provide useful info, also use problem-solving skills to resolve the problem efficiently. Facility. Overall is very clean and cozy. The room is soundproof enough to hear outside and neighbors. The bathroom has a professional makeup mirror! That's my favorite part. ;) Location. This hotel is located in a great spot. Close to the JTA (Jacksonville Transportation Authority), easy to take the Skyway train or bus to explore the city corner if you don't wanna rent a car. Close to the riverside, walk distances to the bridge entrance. Good for runners go jogging to the other side of the river and see the different views of the city.

The staff and my room was excellent!! It was very nice and comfortable.

I didn't like that they expect you to pay $25/night for parking. That's ridiculous!! Also, you have to pay a $100 deposit on your room before you can check in. Secondly, I HATED that they were doing renovations. They had staff/construction workers just bust in your room (between 5am & 7am) while you're sleeping talking about "we're here to change the lock on the door". That's not good as you never know what people are doing at that time of morning. What's even more irritating is that they did it 2 of the 3 nights I stayed there. It was a nice hotel, but all the extra was really uncalled for.

Room was lovely 😍 spacious. Entrance beautiful and scenery great. Poolside amazing. The staircase was like something you would see in a movie beautiful antique. Marble flooring wow 👌.

Breakfast HIGH $21 a person and parking HIGH $15 if you park yourself and 25 if they park you. Pool open and close from dust to dawn which is bad cause you don't have time to swim

Wow - just Wow! This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location! Staff was great! Food was pricy but worth every penny! Room was big and so very comfortable! Had the perfect nitch to store the dog's crate. We had our dog so took food to go and ate in the room. The desk was nice and big so worked well as a table. Walls obviously silenced - never hear a sound (and I hear everything!). We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Jacksonville.

That we only had one night to enjoy the hotel. Also we qualified for a Premier room but it down for one on a lower floor. Preferred not to have the dog on elevator longer than needed so stayed on 5 instead of 15. Can't imagine what a Premier room would be like when the Deluxe was so wonderful!

I liked the location and customer service was great, this hotel was beautiful inside.

The elevator smelled like pee and bad odor. And my bathroom was not clean.
