Apm is a great place to STAY..the staff was awesome and they have a nice breakfast too and a little restaurant added too and than you are surrounded by sum good eating just across the street and they are pet friendly pets have PLENTY of room to run and play. What more can you ask for ... come and see for yourselves

Everything was great about this place and they are renovating the place but I didnt mind at all and than they sold out so it got a lil crowded but the ladys at the front desk were on top of it did even sweat they r great and the housekeeper have great personality

Thw rooms were very spacious. I had a room with a single king size bed. I love what they have done with the place since the new owners have taken the property over. However theirbwas a Lady working the front desk when inwas checking out who gave me an extremly hard rime because i asked if i could ge the room for another night after i had already checked out. I had already made a new reservation online through this app but she seemed to get mad at me because i checked out of my original instead of extending my stay. It was as if me renting a new room was major inconvenience for her. She sais she was a manager there and kept popping her mouth at me in a very disrespectful manner. And then she told me that she new me and that people there talk. I assume she means they, the staff are talking about me. She then told me this would be the last day I would ever be able to rent a room at this hotel as she was banning me for life. Apparently I was seen crossing the street to another hotel and so i must have doing something wrong and was therefore given a ban for life by her judgement alone it seemed. I think she was jusg really annoyed that i was making her do her job at a time when no one usually is using the front office. That is to say I was interrupting her "ME TIME" even though she was clocked in and assigned to this station to service customers. Besides that Inhad no other issues with any of the other staff and clgot along fine wigh the on duty security guard. We both ride motorcycles so i had a good conversatiin with him. No other issues i can think of except that front desk woman. Everyone else was very helpful and friendly. But since I am now banned for life looks like I wont be going back to this hotel ever again. Thats fine, there are many other places that are willing to take my money and not treat me in such a disrespectful manner. And to the actual managment staff, i know good workers are hard to find but come on. She was ridiculous.

There were a few roaches and they don't clean the best..it hard getting clean bedding and towels if u stay over..I been here 14 days in house keeping hasn't came one time to try clean my room not that I need them too but it the thought of it....

This is what I call a “working man’s” hotel. Salt of earth abounding, clean bed and great staff who take no nonsense. Great job! Now get the cops to put the ne’er do-wells to work cleaning up their messes there!

People smoking weed and disturbing veterans, but the cops were called and hopefully they got their pipes smashed. Plenty of places to smoke weed in the world….

It's reasonable price. It's clean, it's not to far from Downtown Jacksonville.

I didn't have a problem at all. If I did, trust and believe, I will let you all know. I always come there, and never had a problem at all. And the ladies at the desk,are very nice and friendly .👌

The staff is the best part. Ariel has a wonderful personality! The assistant manager is so awesome I consider her a friend or family. She kind compassionate and patient. I'm bring the staff a gift on my next visit!

I loved how when I checked in they catered to the concept that i had my 11 month old son with me. Instead of putting me outside near the nightlife, they moved inside. The room is roomy and spacious. It stayed nice and cold in the room and anytime we needed something the staff was more than willing to help us.

I don’t know about breakfast because we couldn’t get any breakfast unless you were paying weekly or monthly

The staff was amazing, they even helped me carry in my suitcases. They also have a cook who serves dinner and breakfast wonderful food. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Everyone was attentive and working very hard. The pool and inside court area was beautiful.

That the outside of the Hotel was not reflective of the inside. The outside needs painting and flowers or better landscaping.

it’s cheap and worth it

All the rooms don’t have no microwave or refrigerator in them and you not ganrateed to get one unless you staying for weeks or months there in the hotel every time I stayed at that hotel I never got a mirowave or refrigerator in my room and that’s the only thing I don’t like about staying at that hotel everything else is good except that
