We did not have breakfast but the lunch was fantastic and very friendly staff. We ate out at the pool and it was very convenient and the food was very tasty. Would eat there everyday at my next stay!

It would have been nice to have been able to check in a little earlier then 4:00. Earlier check in time would be nice. We were offered a early check in for a extra fee however every hour I checked in from 12:00 noon and asked for early check in and I was willing to pay extra but they didn't have any rooms ready.

The staff was pleasant and the property was clean. Nice location to downtown Duval street and the shuttle to downtown was a plus. You also had access to their sister hotels.

The rooms was a little outdated but the bed slept comfortable. The bathroom was updates but the bed, nightstands, dresser, sofa, and furniture could have been updated. also, the roosters will get on your nerves when you’re trying to sleep 4am in the morning, but fortunately we had a room facing the road and not by the pool where most of them are. We did have one on our last night make his way to the front where we were staying and carried on for a little while before leaving. 😂

The girl in front desk when we check in not very welcoming appears that she is carrying the problem of the world, thank God a colleague of her stepped up to help us and answer our questions, his name is Jarel. We came from a long drive and he greeted us with a smile, thanking us for choosing 24 North Hotel and explained that the reason we have to move to the partner hotel the Gate instead in a nice accommodating calm and smiling voice- it was a relief… unlike the girl who seems very upset when asked why… customer service…

I love the Pool area, the patio and I really enjoy the cornhole game! Good location, quiet during weekday’s if you really want to get away and relax…

I like how the staff was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms. I loved that the room keys were tied to our wrists. Just be sure not to tighten the ribbon too much.

One of the rooms needed to have a few things fixed. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all if the way, nor was the a/c very cool. It was a bit frustrating that the elevators were out of order for a bit. But they worked on them as fast as they could. And has it running by dinner time.

I loved the pool area and the concierge woman was very friendly as was the daytime desk. The woman who checked us in at 2am asked my husband " what he wanted " verbatim. With a attitude when he knocked on the locked door to check in.. Once she saw me she lightened up and the check in was simple. The young lady at the bar was phenomenal i cant remember her name but shes from germany and is also very friendly and courteous.

The room looked nothing like advertised on booking or Google. They were also renovating at like 10am when im sure us and many other guests were trying to sleep in we acually had ask 2x ans call the desk to get them to stop banging. The cleaninf staff seems to only work in the am.. They came in without knocking and i had to ask for fresh towels. They did not change our sheets bc we were not out the room before they cleaned our section and they did not return while we were gone for the rest of the day. They had a hammock with a huge hole in it in the garden area- the bathrooms outside near the pool smell like the nyc subway bathrooms.

I absolutely loved the hotel the way it looked and the structure of it and also all the amenities it offered. There is a pool, a fitness center a breakfast bar and everything else you could ask for near by. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in key west. I will definetly come back.

There was not one thing I can say i did not like honestly.

The pool was amazing and the bar had the best Miami Vice's. The Room brought in a lot of natural light and was a great size. The view to our pool was right out the window. Only thing we didn't get to experience was the food. Next time for sure !

Our only complaints were that the lawn guys were out with a blower at 6:30 AM and woke us all up and the elevator was extremely hot and very slow getting to you! But everything else about this property was AMAZING !
