Really enjoyed the pool and close location to downtown (right on Duval Street). There are some AWESOME restaurants, shops, bars, and music within walking distance. People at the Hotel were very accommodating and easy to interact with.

I thought everything was covered in our payment online to Booking.com prior to arriving but got hit with a $40 a day accommodation charge which including parking although we did not have a car.

You absolutely cannot beat the location and the history of this property. We found staff helpful and accommodating. We visit Key West annually and always stay at another resort, but I really wanted to be on Duval St this time. Concierge was friendly and helpful. Overnight staff was amazing when our door was mysteriously locked from the inside (we're blaming a ghost lol) We left our room around 10am and didn't return until around 11:30 that night - got our key card out and opened the door to find the hotel door latch closed only allowing us to open the door approx. 2-3 inches. It's still a mystery how this happened as no one else was in our room except housekeeping! Long story short, the overnight agent and security guard ended up ripping the lock off the door so we could gain access after a long, hot day. They also refunded our resort fee for the trouble. I would definitely recommend this property.

Pricey but to be expected for Key West. Also, got locked out of our room for approx. 1 hour after long day of exploring but staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is really nice, the staff was great and the location was even better than I expected. The check-in process was easy and fast, which was nice. Parking was easily accessible and too far a walk.

The rooms are old as can be! Super old furnisher in the rooms. I also had to walk quite a bit to get to my room, including a small set of stairs which was not fun with luggage. I didn't like not have ice machines near the room nor an ice bucket. I had to go to the lobby to get ice in a bag, which started melting shortly after I returned to the room.

Location was central to all the restaurants and historical locations we wanted to visit. The hotel history in itself was remarkable. Monroe at the front desk was awesome, always smiling and always helpful.

Hotel was undergoing renovation so at times loud construction noises were heard Breakfast buffet was good but pricey. With construction the wine bar, and restaurant that were advertised as available were not open.

The location I was Leary of at first, but it turned out to be the best option. So close to a lot.

The in room TV service felt like one giant advertisement for DISH. The majority of the channels didn’t work and were instead tutorials on how to program your DISH service. Second, the toiletries were awful. We had to go and buy body wash due to theirs not foaming. Third, while I get the daily resort fee, the in room coffee was horrible. They need to upgrade to real creamers. Fourth, first impressions are everything. The courtyard needs a good power washing.

The staff was friendly and the location was very conveniently located.

The accessibility by anyone to enter your property without any restrictions especially from parking the lot. The noise from 1130 pm to 130 am by the 2 to 3 men who were drinking and cursing in the room next to our room on Tuesday night. This was very disturbing . Your staff at checkout did offer their apologies at checkout and eventually said they would deduct the destination charges. .However I’m not sure they appreciated the concern I had for my wife and sister’s’ safety. If management wishes further info on this please feel free to contact me. I can add audio of their rowdiness but not video if you wish to hear it.

We’ve been there before. First time we had a nice room. Very quiet. The room this time was smaller and darker. Still fine just not as Nice. We like how close it is to old town attractions and sites. Lobby is always open and nice.

The construction was loud in the rooms. We were out on the go in the daytime. But late evening it was pretty loud. We were out of water for a few hours. I’d suggest opening up all the elevators also. Usually one was off or not working.

The property was extremely clean! water bottles are available everywhere for free. Location is 100% on!! Loved being right on Duval Street where the action is. I have to say, the hotel it self was extremely quiet. Was very surprised bc we are right in the action. :)

The gym! Had to pay to join a gym. Sorry need my gym. It was four machines in a closet. :(. Also, the Lobby bar was never open. Very weird and the top bar was closed?!?!

The receptionist, Annette, was a delight to deal with. She answered all of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable about how to provide excellent service. It is because of her that we joined your reward club and will return to La Concha. We booked the breakfast package and the food was excellent, tasty and all was delicious.

Re Housekeeping: 3 days out of the 7 that we were at the hotel we did not receive fresh towels, bath mat,, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & coffee. 2 of these nights upon returning to our room we called for these items and they were then delivered. The 3rd time was the the last night of our stay so I did not call. The beds were made each day.

The staff was wonderful and very clean, and comfy beds! The location is perfect as it is right on the main strip of Duval St! You can venture to the rooftop and see all of Key West as well!

The price wasnt as competitive as I would have liked, however, this is mainly due to the location! The pool is very small and not so kid friendly as I would have liked, but the pool bar is nice!
