The friendliness of the staff especially front desk Luba who received us first day and accommodated us right away! Breakfast and parking included A PLUS!!! Located In the middle of all action right on Duval St. Housekeeping ladies were amazing and room was big and very spacious Room comes with a small fridge and microwave Coffee machine inside room The best pizza place is on the street right by the b hotel entrance All outlets -Coach, Banana Republic, Gap etc right by the hotel. A Walgreens pharmacy next to hotel!!! What else could expect? This is a great resort hotel and I highly recommend it!!! A hidden GEM!!!

Clean and quiet especially for being right in Duvall street. Liked that there is a pool and hot tub and a nice seating area. The main desk attendant during the day was very nice and accommodating to us as we unloaded our vehicle. We had an issue with the hair dryer and she immediately went to call maintenance to have it looked at.

The hot tub was not hot at all more like a warm bath. The breakfast was just ok. The hair dryer in our room wasn’t working which was tough for a group of 3 women. Also, the night desk attendant was literally having a party at the front desk with what appeared to be her friends, while it may not be a big deal they gave off some serious creepy vibes.

Room was nice and spacious, refrigerator was a nice addition. Glad there was an elevator as I have pain issues at this time. Breakfast was a nice addition, although area is very small and crowded. Outdoor area and pool and second floor is a nice addition.

Floors could be a little cleaner (they looked clean, but made socks very dirty). Bed skirt was too long at end of bed, and I got my foot tangled in it and fell down hard. This exacerbated my chronic back pain, and I also fell on my left side which has a torn gluteous minimus tendon. Not sure if it made the tears any worse, buy I'm horribly bruised. Quite noisy until after 2 am, and again starting about 4 am.

Location is great, right on Duval St, and Mr. Z subs and pizza is right next to the entryway when you leave the hotel. Right out the door and seconds away from the main street to walk on! The rooftop deck is also quite awesome!

The street lights were bright and it was a bit noisey at night, but that is pretty much expected when you are right there in the middle of it all. In the end it was still comfortable to sleep at night, and the room was fantastic, so that cancels out anything we would consider bad, or a dislike.

Location was perfect. The roof terrace on the 2nd floor was great or a morning coffee or evening nightcap. The swimming pool was a nice surprise and very clean. The bathroom in the room was renovated, a bit small but clean and manageable. Very friendly staff.

If you are looking for quiet, then this may not be your place. Parking is a block away, not an issue for us. Breakfast area is very small but you are welcome to take your food to 2nd floor terrace.

My husband & I rented this room for a 4-day gateway. I read the reviews on it before we went, so I kinda was ready for anything. I loved the location, it's in the middle of all the action & we did Paraselling with Jet Skiing & couple more activities around, the location to most of the things we did was like 5mins away. We rented a scooter for the trip and it was perfect getting everywhere and parking for scooters is easier than a regular car parking. Loved how they maintained the cleaning around. Staff is friendly. It was smoothe trip.

A little bit of a better variety in breakfast, My husband is a smoker, and for him, he would have liked 1 designated smoking area on the terrace. He still went downstairs around the corner. Just a suggestion.

The location was really nice you could walk to everything, the cleaning staff was excellent very polite and said hello. We enjoyed that our room was close to the pool.

Although this might have been beyond your control there's no way you could get a good night's sleep here although the beds were very comfortable, the 4:30 noise outside the 5:00 garbage pickup and the 5:30 Street cleaners it's not good for a night's sleep. The air conditioner can help to mute out some of the noise but not when the air conditioner goes on and off all night long. Very difficult to get through to the front desk if you have any questions about the place I reached out to Pegasus twice and never got a return phone call also I could not get through to talk to anyone. The girls at the front desk seem to be doing their job but did not go out of their way to be very pleasant, unless you ask them a question.

The rooms are nice and spacious, and it's a convenient location. We've stayed here multiple times and loved it, but it doesn't seem to have the same quality of amenities as in years passed.

Floors were really dirty, my feet were black when going barefoot. We asked for a mopping and that helped but they were still not super clean. Also, they have painted the pool deck a dark brick red, which really holds heat. We're in a heat wave and the pool was warmer than bath water, not refreshing, but that couldn't be helped. They have also closed the really cool pool bar, and have alcohol vending machine but it was broken.

The location and the room were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome. And the space upstairs is awesome. The price during the off-season was good. The night shift clerk was the best!!! I will be back.

There is no storage space for bags held for customers. Breakfast had no meat whatsoever available. The customers for the pizza place next door had the front lobby entrance blocked. No smoking section anywhere.

The location is great and a short walk to where all the action is. The staff working the front desk during check in was very very good and held a parking spot for us to unload the car. You are right there on Duval St where all the restraints and bars are. Short walk to Malory Square.

The door for the room opened up and into the bed. The furniture had signs of wear and was a little dated.
