The room was very pretty and we loved having a little porch right outside our door, complete with comfy chairs and a little table. The receptionists were amazing! They took care of everything we needed from giving us ideas on where to go and directions, to getting a wheelchair delivered. They even provided towels for the Rose Lane Villa's pool.( We've stayed at Rose Lane before. )The breakfast was delicious. We loved eating breakfast in the quaint little courtyard, especially with the two roosters that kept us company! The breakfast staff was very helpful and cheerful. Everyone took care of us exceptionally well.

We would love to have had a microwave in the room, for all those doggie bags we had! Also, there was a drip coming from the awning that made a big wet spot in front of our door and dripped on us. No biggie, but rather annoying.

we loved the architecture and location of the hotel, the staff was excellent and so was the breakfast we were greeted with nice refreshing beverages as we entered and a perfectly air conditioned and clean room

parking - parking was a hassle bc it was 6 blocks away from the hotel and an extra charge bathroom was tiny and not air conditioned you can hear singing and loud music all night long (until 2) if you want to sleep in, you might not get a chance with the rooster in the early morning bed was not king size but was comfy old TV nothing too much more to add just not worth 400 a night

We liked the old style of the house. It is very clean and well maintained. Communication went well with the property staff. We liked the balcony very much and the fact that we had coffee machine in our room. We also had our own bathroom with quality toilettries. I am very grateful for the help around parking. The property is close to Duval Street and everything around it. We were given clear instructions for self check in prior to our arrival.

We did not like the noise. Unfortunately the property management couldn’t do much about it as the noise was caused by construction workers who were repairing the street from eary in the morning. Unfortunately the beach was very dirty due to some grass that occasionally reach the beach and cause bad smell. Nothing to do with the property though.

Breakfast was splendid and the staff was magnificent. I love the grounds and the immaculate garden. The possibility of walking everywhere was wonderful. Both things will make me come back here and stay there again. I have visited Key west several times, but this was my best trip. We went to bars, shops, and also took the dinner cruise with live music. We spend a wonderful time in the boat and also in the marine that morning.

The only thing that I didn't like was the shower was bad. The water pressure was ridicules absent. The parking lot was cheaper than public parking, but is far away so, uncomfortable for seniors.

The room was comfortably appointed. The bed and pillows were very acceptable. The room was actually much quieter than I would have expected so close to Duval Street. The breakfasts were very good and the breakfast attendants were friendly.

Our shower floor had been broken and repaired, but it appears that the shower unit needs to be replaced. The porch deck needs attention, some of the boards are loose and could present a trip hazard. Parking was a problem as the lot that we were assigned was completely full and I had to return multiple times to actually get a space.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Key West in an old building. We got a separate room Sunset. Stylish, spacious enough, with 2 balconies. Great breakfast included in the price on the patio (looks like being in Asia) with a fat cat). Parking is offered in a city parking lot 15 minutes walk for $ 15 per day. Central street 3 minutes walk. Lots of photo locations.

Wi-Fi is very poor (And also don't expect to fall asleep before 11pm, the singing and music from the nearby restaurant will keep you from doing that.

From the first call to inquire about the property, staff were polite, kind and professional. They were able to accommodate a multitude of requests and did so with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - the breakfast was more than expected. The property is very well maintained and in the perfect part of Old Town Key West, a half a block from Duval Street and 2-3 blocks from the Waterfront District. It is obvious that they really care about the guest experience and it shows in the many ways they went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. I would highly recommend Old Town Manor, and will definitely be back for another relaxing stay.

The location is great! so close to all the happenings around the island and a wonderful walk to either end.

I would have loved to see a coffee/hot tea station available in the lobby for afternoons/evenings. we stayed in room 6 which was lovely but lacked some items that would have made our stay more pleasant: The window above the air conditioner had gaps where lights came streaming in- some curtains on either side would help that; added towels rods and shelves in the bathroom would be helpful as there is only 2 on the back of the door and small shelf above the toilet for personal items. Rugs in the bathroom would also be helpful.

Courtyard attached to room awful. Right by a maintenance area filled with lawn equipment, ladders, old chairs piled high, etc. There was a screen to cover some of it but staff always opened and left open so Impossible to enjoy the private courtyard. Tried sitting outside early one morning but staff person kept coming in area to get things so no privacy or enjoyment plus very unsightly. This is the courtyard room with 2 queen beds.

Very friendly staff and beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was very nice (normal plates and cutlery, not the plastic ones). Very well located. Some comments mentioned the roosters crowing close to the hotel- there are soo many roosters around Key West, if you stay downtown, that's just a thing you'll experience and is not related to this hotel ;) + we slept very well! Parking was ok. It's a 15min walk from the hotel and located in a parking garage. Dropped off our suitcases, all easy.
