Room was small but comfortable and clean...Pool was great but seating was limited. Personnel at Pool Bar were great. Dining Room bar area was great...TJ the bartender was very nice and hospitable with great personality. Only problem was that it closed every afternoon. One afternoon, the pool bar was closed due to storm and inside bar was closed. We could not get anything to eat or drink on the property all afternoon. Breakfast Bar was great! Shuttle service was excellent and very on-time and accomodating.

We had breakfast several times during our stay. It was good food. Nothing special. Breakfast tacos were the best. The staff was excellent. AMAZING customer service and helped us with every need we had. While it was expensive, I think the service made up for it. The pool bar was a great feature. You could spend the entire day in your chair having food and drinks served right to you.

We thought the beach was an actual beach that you could get in. It was just a view and I’m not sure I would really call it a beach, more like a bay. We have never been to Key West so we didn’t realize that the island really doesn’t have beaches.

The hotel and their staff were incredible, Booking.com screwed up the reservations and could not get them figured out. The Hotel went above and beyond to get it sorted out. Hotel A+. Booking.com F

How big the rooms where and location I also like the free shuttle services.

I didn't like how expensive the hotel food was. Very over priced food. I wish they had better options for dinner especially for kids. The furniture in the room was very brittle and the door handle fell off. It would have been good to have more supplies in the kitchen for their for their hotel suite like paper towels pots and pans

The restaurant at the hotel, Tavern N Town is one of the best on the island. I can't say enough about the food, service and atmosphere. It's top notch! The complimentary shuttle service was excellent. The pool bar had great food and servers. Beautiful surroundings and in general staff were excellent. The manager was very attentive to my needs.

During our stay, tree maintenance and beach maintenance was non-stop during the day. The pool deck was noisy and littered with droppings from the tree workers. Areas of the pool were closed during the multi-day maintenance. The wood chipper was placed 50 feet from the pool and was LOUD. Heavy equipment ran up and down the beach area outside our balcony every day placing sand on the beach. It removed any peace and quiet available during the day.

the wait staff were not very friendly and didn’t really seem like they wanted to assist anyone in the seating/pool area so even though we paid a premium to stay there we never felt served or pampered. we self served all week

Poor cleaning service came 1 time out of 4 days. Had to ask for toilet paper and towells.

It is NOT on the beach and the equipment rental was either too old or not working.

The restaurant was outstanding. The staff was well trained. The 24hr open pool we liked very much. Overall, the experience was more than expected. We appreciated it and will be back.

We had an amazing stay, anything we ate on site was amazing! Service was exceptional, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and views of the gulf. It was also very convenient that Barefoot Billy’s was on site for a jet ski tour, which was probably our favorite activity!

Only part of the “beach” had access to the water. This is not a complaint, but any beachgoer may want to travel elsewhere on the island to enjoy a beach. That said, the views from the beach were lovely.
