It was easy and relaxing. The location is amazing, the pool is absolutely perfect and not too deep. The best thing is that the property management was not too picky. No annoying rules or anything, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Every day when room service came to tidy up the room, the left fresh muffins on the counter and ice cream in the freezer!

This hotel is the most amazing spot I have ever stayed. The cleanliness, the staff, the room itself was beyond my expectations. I would like to mention Dina, Matilda, Ray and Yaleelin, As being the exception in hotel employees. The staff greeted you as if you were a long lost friend, you were treated with such respect, and consideration that it was amazing! The entire property is so beautiful, spotlessly clean, and laid out so each room has a beautiful view, and privacy. My only wish is that these hotels were in other cities, because I would never stay anywhere else. I cannot thank the staff for making this trip so enjoyable. If I could give you a higher rating, I absolutely would. Thank you.

This question is what could have been better? Absolutely nothing. This hotel is perfect

The location was great, short walk to the beach and close walk to Duval street. The entire property was well maintained and clean. The pool was a good size and depth for younger children/family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, we have a family of 5 and we had plenty of room.

House keeping came at various times, which is a pro and a con. At one point it got awkward because one of us was in the room when they came by to clean. Ran out of sugar for the kitchen coffee maker and it wasn't refilled. Pool bar drinks were ok but could be better.

The staff could not be more attentive, they jumped up to open the door for us, every time, we asked for a blanket it came to our door in 5 minutes. The bartender at the pool during the weekday was extremely attentive, passed out cool towels to us, and ice pops to cool is down. And she made us delicious cocktails. Our suite was absolutely beautiful so modern and clean, we loved the hairdryer they supplied, the steamer, the little dove ice cream surprises. Our balcony furniture was so comfortable also, air conditioner worked amazing. The pool was very nice.

The tile around the pool was extremely slippery, I was very afraid to use the pool because of this, I was traveling with my Mom and this also worried me with her. the complimentary muffins were not fresh. when you look at the rooms for reference it looks like there is a curtain separating the rooms, that is not the case I called the hotel to make sure, in fact that made a few people we traveled with not book here. It is actually a mirror

The accommodation was fabulous Nikki at the front desk and pool was so good she couldn’t do enough for you every night you received fresh muffins and ice creams free water at the pool and plenty towels and sunbefs

The grounds were a bit overgrown which made the accommodation very dark as there was enormous trees in front of the apartment we booked a pool view but couldn’t see anything for the trees other than this I would say tge accommodation was great

The room was beautiful, very pleased with the space and comfort.

We paid for a pool view room and it was blocked by the palm trees. Our room was also not cleaned downstairs. The couch was folded out upon arrival and we found a bag of stuffed animals appeared to be left by the prior guests. The housekeepers were very rushing when we were checking out to our room, however we saw many others leave prior and no one was entering their rooms. We felt rushed which in turn caused items left behind and late to check out

Nice pool, friendly staff and a good location. The property is well maintained and everything worked. Walking distance to everywhere, but not too close to the bustle of the Duval Street. Three bathrooms in a two br suite was very useful, especially when travelling with kids. The afternoon muffins was a fun bonus.

Daily cleaning could be better, e.g. cleaning the kitchen floor also. Bedrooms are a bit too small, no room for luggages. Some parts of the suite (e.g. kitchen) was a bit worn out. Washing machine was a bit dirty inside.

Very clean resort, unique layout and a nice pool area. Staff members were very pleasant, early check-in was available the day of our stay. The beds were comfortable in each room, and provided toiletries were generous sizes. The kitchen was well stocked and intelligently laid out for the size. The banana muffins provided for the next morning, during turn down service, were a really nice touch! They were delicious!

The pool area needs a hot tub. A parking fee of $10 is offensive given the price of the suite at over $600 after taxes for 1 night. Water jets over the pool turn off too early, and the pool bar should stay open later. Also, we were told upon checking in that slushies from the bar are always complementary for the guests, and if we wanted to add any alcohol to them it would be $5 per drink to do so. This was not the case. Upon checking out our drink was $12 and we were told by a different team member that they have never heard that about the slushies being complementary with a $5 shot added if requested.

The Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Also the Pool Bar attendant went out of her way to ensure everyone at the pool was taken care of.

One Family of seven grabbed 7 poolside lounges every day at 8 AM and kept them all day until 5 PM for three days straight. They would take turns rotating members of their party to ensure they didn't lose any of the 7 chairs. Should impose a rule that they need to be in their chairs the entire time and if they leave, give up the chair.

Loved the accommodations! Suites we’re well-equipped with everything a guest could possibly need! Beds were super comfortable! Very clean & well-maintained!
