The accommodation was perfect, close to Duval Street. The hotel is very charming, has private access to the beach and a good size pool. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. I liked that while staying at the pool, a staff member passes by and hands out cold water or a cold snack. Really cute.

Unfortunately more than once we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Elevators didn't work. We were promised a $200 refund for not tidying the room. We didn't get them. The menu in the restaurant was very limited. The hotel bar closes very early. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and above the bed which frees you up. Parking costs a lot when it's part of the hotel and on the face of it seems unnecessary to demand. It is better if they include the parking in the room rate and give the feeling that the parking is free.

The location to the tourist area of the town was convenient while at the same time offering a beach front access.

Upon Check In I encountered a faulty Air Conditioner system. Although they promptly had a repair man come up and swap the unit out- My room was uncomfortable climate wise for my first 3 hours of my visit. At what amounted to $1000 a night; that’s not a very hospitable way to greet a New Customer! Also had an incident with some very tiny ants that got attracted to some M&M’s I had bought. They were so small that I didn’t see them immediately but they apparently got me good all over my right forearm and I still have sores a week later.

minor issue but annoying, the direct tv service kept loosing signal like every few minutes for the entire time we were there. we complained but housewife issue I know checkins are after 4pm and we got in at 1130 so we were hoping to maybe checkin a little earlier. I know checkouts need to be cleaned but during our stay every time we went in and out of our rooms we passed housekeeping and almost every time they were leaning on the rail next to their carts talking on the phone. should think about holding them accountable to turn around times on rooms.

Excellent-the grounds, the service, the staff (everyone was sooo friendly and helpful!) the location, the room, the food. Good-the beach.

Could use improvement-the pool is very old, the elevator was broken, our bathroom sink had a very loud leak, housekeeping stopped by once during our 4 night stay. The “daily hotel charge” ($55 per day) covers all the things that should be included in the price of your stay.

I felt the staff at the front office could be a lot more friendly doesn't hurt to serve with a smile , when you are in hospitality business for some reason they came across as "cold" !!

Our wait for our room was well worth it!!! Celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary in Key West was amazing. The Reach hospitality and staff were wonderful, no complaints!! Loved our room, view and everything around us. They made our stay unforgettable. I give Laura at the front desk a 10, and the rest of the crew a 10 as well. They checked on us daily and made us feel so welcome :) We will definitely be back!!! Thank you again!!

Excellent dinner and lunch restaurant four Marlins with great views

After requesting staff that room needed to be cleaned several times nothing happened in four days. Toilet in bathroom was dirty from day one. No effort was made to remove excess sargassum accumulated on shore of beach.

Front Marina pricing is high. considering it’s the only pool/beach side bar its expensive because they can get away with it. No beach activities which is weird because they have a private beach on the island

RM 312, my daughter and boyfriend stayed in 412, and my wife's daughter, son, and granddaughter stayed in 315. Staff at the desk were exceptional, especially Sarah, who when above and beyond to assist us.

I noticed there seemed to be somewhat of a lack of maintenance here and there. I looked at the A/C filter in our room and it looked forgotten for months, surprise the unit was even pulling air. wall paper in the elevators were peeling, a future address. Understandable with the economy being where it is, it's difficult enough in keeping these businesses thriving, than addressing immediate concerns on updating hotel accommodations We had some other minor issues with housekeeping, a couple of housekeeping staff follow us into our rooms without asking, once when my wife was still dressing, and something similar with my daughter's room. Pricing at the resort, once again with the impact on the economy, I felt was a bit high.

The grounds were lovely, beautiful view, beach and pool were wonderful. Room was comfortable.

The maid service was not good. We stayed five nights and room wasn’t restocked very well. Had to ask for supplies every day including towels, coffee,water, toilet paper etc.
