Super knowledgeable and helpful! Sury & Peter at the front desk were amazing! All the staff amazing! Sury was extra helpful and knowledgeable and so great to speak with and super kind! Very Cozy, clean right middle of the city it feels like a home

A beautiful hotel, room decorated in soothing tropical colors, very clean with daily maid service. Nice breakfast with omelette station. Staff is very helpful and pleasant, going out of their way to help with recommendations, directions, etc. Location is close to lots of attractions, with a quick uber to others. Located in Old Town, with a 3 block walk to Duval Street and several restaurants in walking distance. Loved our stay here.

Bed was comfortable room was tidy except the shower which had lots of buildup on the glass. I liked that they provided makeup wipes. The shower was spacious. The towel bathrobes were great. Two tvs and partition with a pull out couch and a balcony. It was a 10min walk from duval Street, which was great. The staff were friendly. Parking was pretty good.

Pool was only 4 feet and small, breakfast buffet was really disappointing, limited options, no real cooked food just cold cuts bagels and pre packaged stuff like cereal youghurt. We paid for it but didn't bother with it after the first day, and due to my allergies, the omletes by the pool wasn't an option.

The room was very aesthetic, colors, cleanliness, room temp, decor. The outside had well groomed foliage, pool area and lobby. Again, the cleanliness, tops. Plenty of towels for room, easy to obtain more if needed, also towels for pool. Rental bikes available, very easy to walk. Nearby, rent various styles of golf carts, scooters to get to further distances. they also have free breakfast, including omelettes, (made to order), various juices, cereals, cheese, ham to eat alone or with provided bagels, bread, (toaster to get that extra crunch). Yogurt, cream cheese, various jams.

Nice staff! Everyone smiled and said hello when you walked past. The pool was really nice - great temperature and comfy lounge chairs. Although I was excited about the omelet bar, it wasn't fantastic. It was nice, but nothing super special. The other parts of the breakfast were your normal bananas, toasts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc. The rooms were delightful - bright and cheery. Ours overlooked the pool and had a little lanai. The bed was comfy; they had a microwave & mini-fridge as well as a safe. Everything you needed. The hotel also had a parking lot which is nice since it's crazy to park in Key West.

Great location. everything was 5 minutes away by car and there is plenty near by in the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and The front desk staff was extremely friendly and kind. They were helpful every step of the way!

Breakfast was LATE. We have small children up by 7am every morning and nothing was down there until like 8. But the evening staff said breakfast was from 7-10am. I ended up spending $83 on breakfast for my family elsewhere. I was upset to say the least since I budgeted breakfast to be at the hotel.

Rooms were large and very clean. Housekeeping came in daily (although you could opt for no daily housekeeping). Staff were all very friendly and helpful, from housekeepers to reception staff. The entire hotel and grounds were kept very clean. The basic breakfast options were the typical assortment of cereals, breads, pastries, etc. but the un-advertised bonus was the omelette bar on the pool deck, right outside the breakfast area- the omelette's were actually very good! The location suited us very well - only a couple blocks to Duval street and we enjoyed the fact that we could walk to the main shopping areas and restaurants/bars.

Room prices were quite a bit more expensive than what we usually pay on vacation, but after seeing the rates at other hotels in Key West, the rate for this place was actually quite reasonable, especially given the location and how nice it was.

The breakfast was great, especially the omelets by the pool, the room was very clean, I stayed at 3 different locations in this week and this was by far the best! They were all very nice and helpful. A shuttle service was a con also a small bar would have been great, but all in all it was good, I would return to this lace again and refer others to stay here!

The hotel was very clean, complementary breakfast was perfect to start the day, front desk were very informative and professional, the swimming pool area was beautiful and the parking area was very easy park our car. I would recommend this place for sure.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the view from my balcony, but we didn’t stay in the room anyway so we didn’t pay attention that much.
