The place was easy to find and close to fast food outlets and other amenities. The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about the room was the jacuzzi (room 101). It worked like a charm, especially after the long drive I had.

The decor scheme is a little dated, however, for the price I paid, and for the purpose I stayed (just a night while I was travelling through to Atlanta), it did not matter much. It is located quite close to the interstate, but surprisingly not much noise gets into the rooms

The guy in the front office he's great! Treats you with respect and he really wants your stay to be as comfortable as possible. He went above and beyond on our stay to accommodate us and we appreciate it so much.

The beds are not pillow top lol 😂 but that's just what I'm used too. That's literally the only thing I can complain about. My husband on the other hand likes a firm bed. So it's up in the air. But everything else was amazing it really was I'm so impressed with how it's changed in last few years.

I stayed here about 6 weeks. The staff was awesome they were always super polite and attentive. Down to earth people that went above and beyond for anything I may have asked for. The rooms were clean and well kept the 2 office personal were always checking on me whenever they would see me outside and were always super friendly. Making sure I didn’t need or want anything. I plan on coming back to Lake City for work and if or when I do I’ll be staying here again. I appreciate their hospitality

Manager was very polite quick to chk us in....

Only problem was carpet wet by wall connection to bed .....smell of sour carpet...we called manager who was quick to apologize and said carpets were just shampooed and may be wet from that....later we seen that showerhead was dripping and was running off ledge ..... problem was addressed and we agreed to stay in room ....no big deal ...... everything has been fine since (of course carpet will need cleaned after our chk out date..... would definitely stay again.....

The beds were so comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, the place was family ran so the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating! The towels were real (not those tiny towels other hotels use!), the room was super cute and our stay was very affordable! The place was clean and so comfortable! It was also very close to a lot of resturants! It had a Texas roadhouse so close that you could easily walk! It was very close to many of Florida's clear water springs! We drove 30 minutes to ginnie springs and to Ichetucknee Springs! The staff were so friendly! We walked out one day and ran into the manager I believe and he was kind! He made sure we has everything we needed!

For some, the highway might be too close. We didn't mind but you could hear the traffic from the highway occasionally. The road that leads there needs work but I have a low to the ground car and it wasn't a problem for me!

The man at the front desk was amazing. Very respectful and professional. Parking lot is very well lit which helped me feel a lot safer. You get the best value for money spent and it is the best price to quality in the area.

There was not much I have complaints about. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in what i thought was a non smoking room but I definitely was able to look past that.

Our room was very nice!! It was perfect for our night!! The staff and owners were very pleasant and wonderful!! We enjoyed our stay tremendously!!

We like the fact it was a reasonable rate and we were comfortable all night long. Mattresses and air conditioning were great. Had nice hot water.

The male morning clerk December 28 opened office very short amount of time, between 8-9 am, maybe 5 minutes. I went down to office to get coffee thinking it was available, since my husband said morning clerk opened office. At arrival, office was locked, no one inside. I called phone number listed on door and rang doorbell. No one came. How disappointing, after having a very positive experience with female night clerk the night before.

The room was quiet despite being right next to the interstate.

mildew on the pictures, the bathroom was very cramped. The bathroom door was hard to shut. The volume control did not work on the remote, so it was quite loud. The moisture cover on one of the beds kept my girls from sleeping well.

Great Inn, we were very happy with our stay! Would highly recommend if looking for an affordable place to stay in Lake City. They were still doing some renovations when we stayed, but it was very clean, comfortable bed, great staff! LOCALLY OWNED, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!
