Nice and clean room. All was very good. Close to beach and close to bus stop. Use the 150 Express BUS to airport costs only $2 and don't waste $100 on a taxi. Bus goes every 20 min and only one block (250m) walk to hotel.

Safe loose in wardrobe hence useless, can simply carry and no bag required for all your valuables :-) Aircon starts every 5 mins for 2 min and noisy Breakfast has no fruit - only unhealthy options

The location is fantastic and offers easy access to everything. After checking in, please visit the nearby supermarket located near Best Buy at 1131 5th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. I recommend purchasing beer, water, snacks, and more from there, as you can enjoy significant discounts. Remember that you'll need plenty of water, beer, and wine to stay refreshed in the hot beach weather, so it's best to buy them here. Don't use the water, snacks ..provided by the host ...expensive Af. Restaurants near the beach tend to be pricey, so I suggest trying Burgermeister Brickell, pizza next to burgurhouse , which is just a 6-minute walk away. For a more convenient transportation experience, think about obtaining a 7-day or a public transport card at the airport if your card doesn't allow you to purchase bus tickets. If you're from the USA, you can simply tap your bank card when entering the bus, similar to other cities. Using cash can be challenging because bus drivers often don't have change. To reach your booked room, take bus 150 from the airport, and it will drop you off near the bus stop closest to your accommodation. It's not advisable to try to explore both Florida City and Miami Beach in a single day. If you want to explore the city, leave Miami Beach early, preferably before 8 am. You can skip the breakfast in the guest room; it's not worth it. Instead, head out early to explore the city, and you can enjoy drinks like beer, wine, or water by the beach at night. Don't overlook bringing your own shampoo and conditioner since the ones provided by the host might not be sufficient or of good quality. Keep in mind that South Beach is just behind the guest house, so there's no need to search on Google and walk a long distance to find it. Enjoy your stay.

Spacious rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, yet with a noisy fridge. Rooms with a terrace had sunbeds, and the view was stunning. The staff were helpful and incredibly sweet. The location was superb: close to the beach and restaurants, clubs and shops.

Some rooms seem to be next to a generator which makes a lot of noise at night. Some fridges are noisy too and may keep you awake at night. The breakfast area was narrow, too many tables in a small room....the breakfast itself was very basic, but at least breakfast was offered.

Location...and the room was so nicely laid out... soundproof..not so much...bed...needs more cushion..chairs need to be higher.. mildew smell needs to be removed.. shower end needs to be changed.. different..not easily accessible.. staff needs to speak more ENGLISH...the midnight attendant (forgot his name).was amazing ..the front desk manager...amazing!overall..great stay

The valet parking...is not what is advertised...it's over 5 blocks away where your vehicle will be housed...the parking here in South Beach...attrioicious!! You have to pay to park EVERYWHERE even for the beach!!! No beach towels given...so if you are looking for a quiet place to stay...this is it.. adults only..peaceful...

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, Room was great except for the view or lack thereof - the wall of the next building. No big deal for me, but if this is important to you be sure to ask for a room that is not on that side. Good selection of snacks and drinks for purchase, which was nice to have this option. Also, great coffee machine - really enjoyed that. Very comfortable bed. I would surely stay again.

Breakfast is great and loved the room where it's served, but wish it would start a bit earlier than 8:30.

We stayed here after our cruise before returning home. I am so grateful for the hospitality of the hotel. I was feeling very sick after our cruise and needed to lay down but wasn't sure the hotel would allow us an early check in. To my surprise they were very accommodating and understanding. They probably saved the rest of our evening since I got a chance to rest. This will definitely be our go to place whenever we're in Miami. It was close to everything, well kept, and very stylish!

Very large spacious room with large comfortable bed, kitchen, fridge, cooking facilities, well priced snacks and water. They lend beach towels, breakfast served in a really cute café in the building. The hotel is 2 mins from the beach

The pillows were very uncomfortable, they were really too low and sleeping with 2 of them was too high. There was always some noise going on from in house maintenance and sometimes starting a 8am. Breakfast had only unhealthy options.

Basically everything! The location is soooo good! 2 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to some amazing cafes and restaurants! The room was spacious, the bathroom was great and I had a room with the balcony/terrace so I could enjoy the sun. Super friendly and welcoming staff! ☀️

The only thing that comes to mind is the strong smell they have in the hallway/ lobby. However you cannot smell it in your room so it wasn’t a big problem for me.
