The Savoy is an artfully designed and decorated hotel, with excellent staff and accommodations. The rooms are overall very comfortable and have lovely terraces. We had especially excellent service from the receptionist, Rose, at the front desk. She made sure our stay was perfect. We had an issue with the bed in the first room, but Rose immediately resolved the issue with flying colors! The pool area is wonderful and the beach are is excellent. Georges, the beach area manager, was very sweet and kind, he really makes sure every hotel guest is comfortable. The Savoy hotel staff all make this lovely hotel exceptional. The hotel also has a espresso/latte machine in the lobby, along with bottled water in the rooms and at the beach and pool.

The first room we had didn’t have a comfortable bed, but the front desk receptionist resolved the issue immediately and made our stay perfect.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Stay at hotel include access to fantastic pool with poolside bar and grill and use of towels/beach chairs on the beach, directly in front of the hotel. Art Deco style rooms were so unique and beautiful.

A little pricey but worth it!

The staff was amazing! They are very accommodating and kind. David was super sweet to my boyfriend and I, he made the stay memorable. We had a Queen suite that had separate rooms, we stayed in this room for 4/5 days we were there. Thanks to David, On the last day we were upgraded to a king suite with ocean view! Both suites were spacious, clean, comfortable, and cute! My boyfriend preferred the Queen suite because it had a separate room layout like an apartment, I prefer the King suite because the amount of natural light the room received, the room was huge, it had a king bed and I like the aesthetic more. Both rooms were cute, I just think the king suite decore was cuter. This is a historical hotel so they are working on updating the premises; however, the hotel is comfortable, very clean and they have impeccable customer service. The location is perfect, I could walk to any place on South Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff were exceptional...helpful, kind and right there when you wanted them. Crizzy at the pool was one of our two go to's. She was absolutely the best!!! The facilities were just incredible as was the view. The price was very reasonable and the food and beverages were good as well. At one point I had mentioned to the front desk how I wished there was a microwave ovens in the rooms... When we returned from the pool later, there was a microwave in our room!

The location was perfect, just a walk away to the strip of restaurants and souvenir stores along Ocean Drive. Everything was close by and a short drive to Miami. The esthetic of the hotel was very photo-worthy and really captured the old Miami vibe. The access to the beach was great, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. The beach services were really nice and the food was delicious.

Our room didn't have a view and the beach services closed by 5PM.

There was no breakfast at the hotel, but you were able to across to street for breakfast. Quite pricy, but nice options. Location is perfect, on the quieter side of Ocean Drive, sea very close, just few hundred meters.

The air conditioning in the sea view suite was very loud, and the pricing was bit unclear due to several charges on your credit card. The hotel is of course not brand new, and the effects of time could be seen in some instances, but overall very beautiful and classy place.

We had to extend our stay due to. dental medical emergency. Everything worked out as best as possible, and we loved our extra days at the Savoy hotel. We especially loved our upgraded room with two balconies and spacious room. The rooms have lovely decor, with a Nespresso machine and refreshing soaps and lotions. The front desk receptionists, Rose and Daniella were excellent. We also have to mention again George, the Beach area manager for his caring and fun spirit! As lovely as the facilities are at Savoy, the people are who make it exceptional. Can’t wait to return!

Nothing!

At first I was disappointed with my first floor room near the front desk, 121 I believe. But after a few hours it was perfect to run out to the store or the pool or front desk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The booze was overpriced otherwise I would have had some.

When I went to the beach there was limited drinks available, otherwise the cabana boys were great. Pool by the bar was a bit dirty so I used the back one.

FOOD WAS EXCELLENT IF A LITTLE PRICEY, OUTSIDE AREAS WERE LOVELY AND WELL ARRANGED. STAFF VERY HELPFUL. LOCATION WAS GREAT, NEAR ENOUGH TO WALK TO ALL THE ACTION BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO NOT BE KEPT AWAKE BY IT. VERY COMFY BED AND PILLOWS.

POOLSIDE WAS NICE WITH PLENTY OF AVAILABLE LOUNGERS BUT VERY SHADED WITH LOTS OF TREES BLOCKING THE SUN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICER IF IT HADNT BEEN THE CASE.
