Room service needs improvement. Was expecting food to be rolled in on a cart but received food in a box.

The elevator was out. It got a little frustrating because you could wait up to 20 min sometimes

The location is excellent, rooms are ok, clean and well designed, beach service works well, fitness and part of the staff really wanting to help.

The pool area needs renovation, misses space (several times was completely full). The pool bar is not integrated with the pool, and is outdated missing tables, infrastructure, painting and even and some decoration. This are could be rebuilt having all infrastructure at the same level as neiboring Hilton. But the staff is great and try to do their best to serve.

This was such a great stay! From the moment we arrived and met the valet worker, John, we felt like we were being treated with the highest of service. Check-in was a little bumpy, but we finally got checked in with a complimentary sangria. Our room was very clean and beautiful with the balcony view of the ocean. We woke up and watched the sun rise from the balcony and the next day went down to the beach and watched it. We had dinner at Lolo and had the best tacos and service from our waitress. (forget her name though) The beach is seriously so close to the hotel and just down the street are tons of bars and restaurants.

The only dings were that horrible lip going out to the balcony, which we fell over a couple times. (even after reading the caution label) And our shower was either too hot or too cold, so I had to take cold showers during our stay. Also if you turned it to the red, it was cold and if you turned it to the blue it was hot.

Being right on the beach and a short walk to Art Deco area was a real treat . Beach and swimming pool attendants were excellent and helped get some good spots on the beach and around the pool . early disappointment on the room was rectified by a room move. Cleaning staff wonderful .

Initial room on floor 5 overlooking the park was very close to the A/C units below it . Very noisy when on the balcony and asked for a room move . This was sorted to my complete satisfaction .

Breakfast was great.

Normally, Marriott’s have coffee in the lobby. We had to go to Starbucks every day to get coffee, which was a just appointment. Parking was astronomical!! I’ve never paid for parking at a Marriott. Especially $55 a night.!!! Extra expense I didn’t plan on! Otherwise great location! I had my sisters and brother book there because I am a Marriott member for years!

Location is great. Bikes provided. Beach access with private umbrellas/cabanas to rent. Pool area is nice/clean.

Pool bar could be updated. Rooms are a little outdated.

The location was fantastic. Loved the heated pools. The hot tub was too crowded ( too many young kids in it)—maybe an additional adult hot tub would be great.

Crowded hot tub. Lolo’s restaurant was crowded and understaffed, which means it took too long to get food. The room was noisy—but mostly due to kids in adjoining rooms, and rude adults. Two elevators weren’t enough.
