The best customer service I’ve had on the West Coast. Approachable and responsive desk hosts who checked in with me often. Excellent communication. TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime. A good shower plus iron and hair dryer. Superb location just off ocean drive and Miami Beach. Everything was walking distance including a Walgreaves 2 minutes away . Great value.

Beds were two single ones pulled together to make a double and were a little hard. Walls are very thin- you can hear a lot from the next room.

Beautiful boutique hotel, the location is unbeatable, one block away from the beach and it’s full of restaurants around the property. The accommodation itself was exactly as it photos. Enjoyed the shower ! Honestly I didn’t want to leave !

Location, location, location! The hotel is close to everything: the beach, a couple of grocery stores, car rental, entertainment, etc. The location will save you a lot of time so that you can focus on your vacation. Another good thing is that the Julia Hotel offers a very easy check-in \ check-out procedure and if you have any questions you can reach out to the staff via Bookings.com messenger.

Tbh, the AC was blowing too cold for a few days. At first the temp was set to 74F \ 23C, but the next few days it was lowered to 69F \ 19C, which is cold given that it's July and there is no proper blanket to cover oneself at night.

Perfect location, close to the action but not too close so pretty quiet! 3min walk from the beach. Closest citi bike docks 3 min away. Pharmacy at the corner. Plenty of restaurants and food options. The room was amazing, high ceiling, the king size bed was great, bathroom as well. Everything was clean, lots of towels and toiletries. They will check in with you multiple times during your stay to make sure you have everything you need. You can leave your luggage with them if you arrive before check in, as well as at check out. Lisa at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. I will definitely go back next time and recommend this place to everyone!

The only - that I can think of is that my room was not cleaned during my stay (5 nights). Maybe I needed to request it? I’m not sure. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Hotel had been closed for a few years previously a wonderful complimentary self serve coffee machine in lobby hope they bring that back...Happy Hour Previously for a few hours with cheese and chips hope they bring that back ..previously front patio casual chairs and tables umbrellas also would be nice all in all a few tweaks would be nice.... these constructive comments ome from retired resort hotelier of 50 years experience in many international locations we love the Julia!!

We loved the design of the room. The decor was modern and the room had ample space. Niccolo was in constant contact with us during our stay and was always just a text msg away in the case that we needed anything. He always made sure that we got anything we needed, even down to help with parking. He even went as far as to call us after our stay was over, to find out how things went and if we enjoyed it! We have stayed in many boutique hotels but this one was one of the best. We loved the keypad lock they used to ensure the hotel stayed secure and safe at all times (only guests of the hotel with the code could enter). One of the things we also appreciated was the cleanliness of the hotel and especially that amazing scent in the lobby! Lastly, the location of the hotel was great! It was only a couple of minutes walk to anything that we wanted and very easy access back to the downtown core with the drive going right past the Port of Miami where you could always see cruise ships in dock. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're heading to Miami and want to stay in South Beach!!!

Checking in and checking out went smoothly, love the idea of the locker with our cardkeys and suggesting having an extra one in there as a backup. Entering with a code was great as well, I suggest changing the keypad or code number because the numbers were worn out and anyone can try to come in. Contacting the property through the booking app when needed extra towels was easy.

The origami decor above the bed was cute but super dusty.

Great location, 5 minute walking distance to public beach access, and several restaurants/bars. But it was also far enough that it's not loud or noisy at all. We had a really early flight into Miami, stopped by to just drop off our luggage. Came back an hour later, and our room was ready to check in (it was before noon). Comfortable and spacious room with high ceilings and plenty of daylight. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service and communication from the beginning. We could check in much earlier which we didn't expect. Very quiet area and hotel. So close to Ocean Drive and South Point. Lisa at the front desk was a blessing and helps with everything in her natural friendly way. Here everything is like it's supposed to be for guests. Definitely highly recommend.

LOVED the location! The staff was very accommodating. Told them it was my birthday before arriving and they got me checked in early and gave me a great room!

There wasn’t daily cleaning, which I know is kind of the norm since COVID but they didn’t come after my 3rd night there. I had to notify the staff but they came quickly and cleaned the room
