Room layout and facilities was great Great location

Staff especially one staff member who was very rude. Could not identify him as staff do not have name tags on

Clean and spacious room, including a little kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave. Lovely area just 2’ walk to the beach and just 30’ cycling from south beach. Especially appreciated Valentina at the reception, who gave me lots of incredible tips that made my stay much better!

It would be amazing if they could offer a breakfast service included in the price, but there are also some nice cafes just a very short walk from the hotel.

If you want to play on beach. The location is good. Otherwise it is far away from all main attractions.

The room service staff came to knock on my door every morning from 8:30 am if I forgot to display the Do Not Disturb tag. They would continue knocking once every hour until I put the tag on the door knob. I became aware of this because it was raining on the first day I stayed, and I was in the room all day.

The Hotel was easy locate and close to the beach. Although the check in took quite a while since only one staff member was present, I also got a room upgrade. The room was spacious and had a balcony to the beach, however the view was blocked by another building in front of it. The wifi was fast and the bed was confy.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Also the coffee from the coffeemachine was undrinkable. Luckily there was a Starbucks in the same building.

Great Location. Beach is just few steps away. Easy public transport. Convenient shops and restaurants close by. Friendly service.

Internal noise. You can hear the neighbors and the housekeepers a lot.

the hotel was clean and tidy, staff were nice and helpful, maids were amazing they always went beyond, very close to the beach walking distance

they gave us room smaller than the one we booked and when I asked why they said you got the room you have booked and management will contact you tomorrow we have never been contacted again. the hotel doesn't have wheelchair access, you have to open the door manually, the kitchen is missing cookware and stove, the view was ugly it's looking at construction, we had one elevator, staff didn't show us around they never informed us regarding the beach equipment we could use also never informed us about the dryer until we asked. one last thing on the checkout day I had to go downstairs and ask for someone at the front desk to help with the luggage nobody answered the phone for 20mins we almost missed our Uber

Location and cleanliness

1. The inflexibility of Julian the manager.. I had to reschedule my visit because of hurricane Milton; this resulted in some of my packages arriving before me… Julian insisted that I pay storage for those packages . I also booked a penthouse one bedroom suite and Julian repeatedly tried to get me to accept a 5th floor room , before I arrived as well as upon arrival … he alone knows why… 2. My wife has an unexplained phobia of dogs … and upon arrival a huge unbridled dog confronted her in the lobby… she took 45 mins to recover

The location is perfect, kids friendly, literally the beach is across the street. The view on the 6th floor is splendid with a huge terrace, a chaise lounge, a table and 2 additional fancy chairs to spend your evening after your busy day. In the 6th floor you have access to the rooftop pool and the gym. The housekeeping team is phenomenal, the room is clean, the hotel smell good, fresh jasmines flowers scent.. the hotel is ultra clean. Regarding the staff, .. all staffs days and nights are pleasant, very nice and courteous, I love them, I love the place, I love the ambient, oh! Wait! the Starbucks is in the lobby for all coffee lovers. I consider myself a very picky person and in all honesty i was blown away. It’s just too perfect in reality.

The snack machine is on the lower level.. parking level floor 🤭

I usually don't write reviews but this place was so nice that I feel guilty not giving them props. The rooms look just exactly as it appears in pictures, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the view and the modern aesthetic. Room service cleaned the room everyday. I would definitely be back.

I wish the AC in my room was cooler. It pretty much stayed at 74° the whole time no matter what you set it to. Also valet parking is $40 a night. It would be nice to have a more discounted rate for parking.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Accommodating and offered assistance with bags and other things. Valet staff very professional, and very handsome:). Front desk staff fun and kind. balcony in room to sit outside and see ocean… and Collins Ave.

beds hard, sofa bed needs to be cleaned. room filter needs cleaning. bathroom vent needs cleaning, repair, funny smell in room mostly first night.
