The staff was very kind and helpful. Accommodating and offered assistance with bags and other things. Valet staff very professional, and very handsome:). Front desk staff fun and kind. balcony in room to sit outside and see ocean… and Collins Ave.

beds hard, sofa bed needs to be cleaned. room filter needs cleaning. bathroom vent needs cleaning, repair, funny smell in room mostly first night.

The hotel is relatively new. The rooms and the facilities are beautiful, comfortable and well designed. There's a free city shuttle that you can catch to go anywhere in Miami for free and there's a supermarket 10min walking distance.

The checkin was a truly terrible experience. We were received by a young employee called Melina (I believe) that was arrogant and unpleasant. She clearly lacked the proper training to cater guests. The experience was so bad that at some point we asked to speak with the manager on duty (Anna) but we were told that the manager was unavailable/unreachable however we were welcomed to wait indefinitely if we wanted to. This really ruined our initial experience at the hotel. Left a note we wanted to be contacted by manager. We were never contacted. There were no sunbeds available at the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are provided for free, however you have to carry them to the beach. Free shuttle was allegedly available to the beach but it was never offered to us.

We loved the hotel and its cleanliness and friendly staff

Everything was perfect except for the hotel supervisor Nicole. She was rude, and her attitude was distasteful. Many times while downstairs, she didn't even acknowledge we were in the room. Her customer service needs work, you are supposed to greet guests when they walk in and she does not....she frowns and seems to have an attitude no matter what time of day it was. We stayed for a week and were told we could get an umbrella and towels for the beach across the street....but when we asked Nicole, without explanation she refuses us service and walks away. She was the only thing that made our perfect trip a little displeasureable. Please get her some customer service classes!

They don’t provide shower gel, only soap and shampoo, not even ear buds or lotions, that other hotel does. The water power is very low, and the room cleaning can be way better. These are not a big deals, just nice to have. The hotel is more for party people.

Very clean, and very professional

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the fact that we had to pay $40 for valet parking! There was no regular parking, we HAD TO PAY the $40 per day! I was blind sided about that upon arrival because I didn’t see that in the description while booking! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, basically $200 just for parking. Also, it should be at least 2 or 3 ppl in charge of valet parking. At one point we were waiting for someone to come to the desk to bring us our car.. over 15 minutes we were waiting!

Nice big room but we paid for the giant balcony ...the patio furniture was a bit beat up and could use more tables, but really hard to get a big balcony in Miami. Loved the starbucks downstairs, super convenient as we were working from the hotel. The wifi was great. Everything you need in the room in terms of microwave, plates etc.

Bed was pretty hard and not very comfortable, same with the couch. Dryer part of washer/dryer did not work. Water provided did not taste very good.

It smells very clean, also super close to a lot of nice food spots, the beach is across the street, really liked they had a Starbucks in the hotel, very convenient if you’re a coffee drinker. Very modern, the balcony was very spacious.

Wasn’t aware you had to pay $40 per day for parking, however the valet’s were very kind. If you stay here they charge a $200 deposit fee when you check in, which also wasn’t noted in the bookings. However, it’s understandable. Pool is only like 3 FT, but it’s on the top floor, which is also understandable, very small though. So definitely a better spot to stay if it’s a business or couples trip.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times because it is clean and modern, the room has everything you need, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. It has a great location. The entrance to the beach is a block away. There are restaurants close by and a Starbucks downstairs. The Staff is very polite and accommodating. There is a valet parking for those who need to park their cars. There are beach umbrellas and towels available.

The water in the pool is too hot!!! The sun sets on that side of the building and a little shade would be nice. ( the umbrellas don't do much)

I truly enjoyed the fact that the hotel was right across the street from the beach. Not only that; however, they provided guests with any needed beach chairs, umbrellas, & towels. What I most enjoyed was their private balconies 👍🏾

What I didn't like was the fact that the staff spoke very little or no ENGLISH. In the hospitality business, being able to speak the native language should be a prerequisite.
