This hotel was super spacios. We had so much room to walk around. The location of this hotel was right on by the beach. We had our own private walkway there. The pool was a little sandy but that is pretty normal. I would definetly recommend staying here to my friends & family. Will stay here again!

The pool was a bit sandy. They closed the pool a little too early. They should add more beach chairs and maybe clean the pool about twice a day at least. The check-in process was a little bit stressful. Right at 3:00 pm there was already a long line of people waiting. We waiting for at least 45 mins. The staff at the front desk was rude and they seemed like they didn't like the job.

The location is amazing- oceanfront room, 20 min from MIA airport, beachfront property with a bus stop and free trolley right outside. Restaurant on premises, pool bar/pool restaurant make it very convenient for lunch, drinks. Yes, the property is older- it is Art Deco but the AC worked great, room was clean and it smelled good, water pressure was excellent in the shower. No bugs anywhere. The reception lady was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book here again.

The pool chairs- please add more chairs and get rid of the broken ones- butts fall through the holes. Only two of the four elevators worked which made the wait time very long during morning times- ppl checking in/out, hitting the beach/pool. When the elevator showed up, sometimes it was too packed so we had to wait for another one. My room can use a roll of paper towels, kitchen towel and maybe a bath floor mat for the future. Other than that no other real issues.

Ok so for the price value the condo was amazing. A beautiful view, my room was on the 11th floor and over looked the ocean (breath taking ). The pool is nice and had a cabana where you can get food and drinks and listen to music. Enough chairs and furniture to sit and lay outside. The beach is literally seconds away. Less than a ten min drive to south beach. Loved that we used a key code to open the door, less things to loose. Any issue I had the staff would respond asap to my emails. I forgot my house and car keys in the rental room after my stay and didn’t know untill I was back in California and the staff was prompt to work with me to get a family friend to pick up the keys for me, they also agreed to mail it too me if I couldn’t get someone to pick up the keys. Overall amazing experience, great price , amazing views, nice room.

Even though they were very prompt to help through email, a number to call would be nice. May I add The email was sufficient enough bc they were very quick to respond and resolve any issue I had. Which really was only the wifi was out and I forgot my keys. But each issue was resolved very quickly .

The beds were super comfy. Location fantastic. Great communication with staff. Great beach views, free beach access.

I didnt like how the vending machines literally stole money from me, one small bag of chips 10 dollar credit, i would select other options and the dispencing machine wouldnt select the other things i selected so i paid for a 10 dollar mini bag of chips.

This unit is just so close to the beach I mean feet away…!!! The city views, the comfy bed. I told them about it being my buddy’s birthday & the host even let me have a late check out at 12 noon with no rush these guys are the bomb!!! If you’re looking for a hidden gem with a great price, awesome & accommodating host BOOK NO FURTHER..and I mean that!!!!!

We definitely liked the price. It was also close to many things. Miami traffic is pretty chaotic, so getting there you had to deal with that. But once you are there it is quick walk to things or an easy Uber somewhere.

The room definitely could use a little more updating. With that said, the owner clearly is working towards that and making progress in that area.

the pool and entrance to the beach was perfect! Any time we needed anything they were on top of getting it to us!

there really wasn’t anything not to like here.. the valet parking did take extra time so if you’re planning on going somewhere make sure you give yourself an extra 15-20min to wait for your car. it’s busy season so they have tons of cars to get; so it was understandable.

We stayed in the family suite which has a sliding door partition between the beds. Nice kitchenette. Pool was warm & clean and easy access to the beach. Free valet parking. Loved it here! Will be back for sure!

Our one & only complaint was that there was no fan in the bathroom so after a shower, it was muggy. However I mentioned it to the property owner and they quickly said would look into it.

Good location, price and everything is close by.

The valet crew Must take care of the car, they park it quickly and also scratched a lot of the sides of our car

The location was perfect! Close to the beach, just few steps from the building, and quiet environment. Definitely will stay here again ☺️
