Clean and spacious room with a great view of both city and the ocean. For a family of four (2 adults, 2kids) definitely a great choice, since it has a kitchen also. Friendly and welcoming staff. We arrived few hours early and the staff helped us check in early. Great amenities. Very close to Ocean Drive. Loved that this place has 2pools, a gym, hot tub and beach service.

The location is outstanding, overlooking the ocean, with easy access both to ocean and pools. At the ocean the hotel provides 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella, making a day at the beach, well--a day at the beach! There is a full kitchen and everything works. The beds are comfortable. There is a washer and dryer so wet towels can be dried without a problem. The balconies are gorgeous with tables and chairs. Like the ocean, the boardwalk is right behind the hotel, so long walks or biking are easy. The pools are clean and well-maintained.

They don't leave salt and sugar in the kitchen like many places do, so you have to buy everything yourself immediately. But there is a Publix and Walgreens quite close.

Perfect lodging for quiet getaway. Apartment was nice, view was amazing. Staff was professional but not friendly. Asked for a late check out because of late flight, very rigid and inconsiderate. We are pretty self-sufficient, we travel a lot. First time in Miami, would probably pick different area to stay. WiFi needs improvement. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a great price for the 1 bdrm apt with the beautiful ocean front view.

Didn’t expect so many children. Hot tub was unavailable being utilized as a warm pool for the children. Staff were rigid and not accommodating. WiFi went out in living room tv, unable to get it to work, call the number on instructions, no answer. Not a lot to do locally. Had to rent a car to explore.

We recently stayed at this property in Miami, and overall, we had a great experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious—especially given the reasonable price point for the area. Having a well-equipped kitchen was a fantastic bonus; we found everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay feel even more like a home away from home. The views from our seaside room balcony were simply breathtaking, and we loved starting our mornings looking out over the ocean. Another big plus was the complimentary valet parking. Parking in Miami can get pricey, so having this service included in our stay was a huge money-saver. For those who enjoy biking, there were Citibike stations nearby, making it convenient to explore the local neighborhoods. It was also great that grocery stores were within walking distance—perfect for grabbing essentials and snacks.

The only minor downsides were that there aren't as many activities here compared to South Beach, though we actually appreciated the calmer vibe away from the hustle and bustle. Also, the building is a bit older, and some public areas could use a little sprucing up, but the rooms themselves were modern and well-maintained.

Overall, it was fine. We got also a compliment from the hotel with water and some snacks. The hotel provides umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach with its provide zone. Also, the apartment was quite big, a corner one - so, with nice views both on the city and, partially, the beach.

The price was way too high for what we got. Also, you had to go through parking to get to the beach - not a nice way to get there, as you pass by the place with gasoline smell. Also, I had mentioned about having my birthday celebration, but got no mention on this (usually, the hotels were providing some surprise in relation to this and saying at least something like - Hey, happy birthday - but this didn't happen here). In general, a very strange feeling from the staff like none cares about the customer.

OMG, the View!!! I Booked the beachfront house(they gave me one on the 10th floor), and I got 'Wowwwww moment 'at sunrise time on Christmas day at 7:08 am. I am so glad I booked it at the last minute. It was the best decision made during the Miami trip. My friend is also very happy to wake up on the beach at sunrise. Also, the couch in the living room is a convertible bed! There is free valet parking, the lobby has coffee in the morning. 3-minute walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants down the street. Also full-kitchen set if you want to cook with small free snacks on the house. During my stay, I wake up for an early morning walk along the beach then drive along the coastline further south to Key West.

Appreciated the welcome treats. Loved how close we were to the beach and the balcony with perfect shade and view of the beach, not directly facing the ocean. Liked having a washer and dryer. Liked walking to nearby restaurants, market, using trolley and busses to move around Miami Beach.

The apartment needs a mirror, a club chair besides the couch to sit on, hooks to hang towels and clothes. The sliding glass door is very difficult to open. The kitchen needs a cutting board and a place to dry dishes on the counter and kitchen towels. The wrist IDs are very uncomfortable, possible to find a better way to id customers? An information book on the area with basic information on the apartment, the community, what is nearby...we found info on line, but for first timers in FLA, it would be helpful to have handy information also check out instructions.

Nice apartment with all the needed appliances available . Location right at the beach, nice pools! Very friendly people at the front desk and valet. Detergent, shampoo, soap and dishwasher tablets , as well as paper towels and trashbags were provided - huge plus ! Always found an umbrella and chairs at the beach and pool! Fantastic view onto Marina, Miami and the beach. Would definitely book again!

We booked with Miami Vacations through booking.com. Our safe box was not ready for us to be used, we therefore got in contact with Miami Vacations, who promised that a mechanic would come by and reset the safe box for us. Unfortunately they never showed up. The communication between Miami vacations and the location itself was therefore mediocre…

Location is great with regards to the beach. The hotel is super nice, modern, clean and with good amenities. Rooms are good, decently equipped and the view is great. It has two swimming pools that are very good. Staff is great.

Not the best place in town for other activities than going to the beach. Hotel has no bar, food or anything. Last three days only one elevator was working, it took forever to get it. Supplies were short for things such as dishwasher/washing machine tabs (I know it is not about the cost, I would pay more attention to that).

What a pleasant surprise. The location was ideal; beach access that was easy and two pools so that you did not have all the splashing with kids and their families, easy to catch Uber to restaurants and some local places to walk and eat and have some drinks. The property valet was fantastic and one of the best parts of the stay. Front desk was helpful. We really liked the unit and it was clean and modern.

The beach chairs and umbrellas were given out to non property guests so if you did not get there in time on the beach, they were taken. You are given Wristbands to identify you as hotel guest, but it did not matter. That was one drawback. So you had mixing of guests who wanted peace and quiet, with non guests and their music, vapes, weed and cooler and tents. But we ignored it once we requested chairs and umbrella, so the attendant had to get them from a non guest. Hopefully that can remedied next time we book.
