The place was right on the beach. The suite was upgraded before we arrived and we could see the beach from the room. Private pool and access to the beach right outside the place. The staff and valet were great and friendly. The location was perfect for kids and adults. Grocery and other stores were all within walking distance. The room had all the essentials so we didn't have to go out to eat daily and we could buy groceries instead. The place had umbrellas and chairs for the beach that were never fully utilized; you could always get a spot.

It would've been nice if a mop was included in the place. A week-long stay near a beach caused the room to get a little dirty. Broom and vacuum were provided but a mop would have been nice. Also, since we had kids, maybe some plastic plates and glasses as we were terrified we may break some.

Everything was sparkling clean, from the pool to the floors and walls. The entire property was very well kept and the staff was especially kind. They install the chairs and umbrella for you to use at the beach.

The upgrade me at the last minute with a sea view on the 10th floor, the only problem, I am so scare of high but my kids like it.

The hotel is in a wonderful location on the beach, and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. The room was very clean and accommodating with everything needed for your stay. The balcony provided an awesome view of the ocean. Having a full kitchen and laundry was awesome, and it felt like home away from home. The entire place was very clean! It has great amenities as well with 2 pools, a hot tub, a gym, and a billiards room. Also, the beach is just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel also has full beach services including - beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and food and drink if chosen to purchase. The valet service was excellent, and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful! Our expectations were exceeded, and we will definitely stay there again if vacationing in the Miami area in the future!

The hot tub was closed during our stay.

Location was very good. Nice facilities. Staff was friendly. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with views both east and west. Beautiful ocean views. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

The sheets for the sofa beds were not clean. They obviously had not been washed after last use. The next morning, a new set of sheets were provided. Also, the jacuzzi was nice, but it discolored my swim shirt (from sky blue to gray) and my wife's bathing suit. The pool areas were not lit, or only very dimly, at night, but they may have been required to light those areas that way due to regulations involving sea turtles.

The apartment is in an amazing location toward North Beach and away from the crazyness of South beach and the spring breakers! The property has two excellent pools, which are clean and friendly and backs on to the most amazing beach. The beach has private loungers, as well as free Coffee and Water. Altogether an amazing place and we would go back should we return to Miami.

All in all it was pretty awesome. Some info available in reception on cheaper travel options down to south beach, using public transport would be very useful. There are clearly lots of buses running right past the property. The ubers are plentiful but a tad expensive.

The view was amazing. No obstructions; the view is over looking the beach and looking down into the pool. Large floor to ceiling windows to let in the light and soak in the view. There are chairs and a table outside on the covered balcony. Very easy access to the beach (two free beach chairs and 1 umbrella- first come first serve basis). There is a free "trolly" (a small bus) that stops feet from the door- the trolley takes you to south beach. South bound direction on the trolly is just one street up. There is a large grocery store/liquor store walking distance from the building, restaurants and stores nearby. The place has a washer and dryer - which came in very handy. I am assuming the building is a condo/apt that people rent their places out of. The front desk peeps are very nice- but it is not a regular hotel- no extra towels and they do not have anything to do with the rooms other than giving out the keys.

The tub wasn't the cleanest when we arrived - the smallish tub/shower has a glass wall (not a sliding glass door) shielding the front of the tub so it isn't the most convenient to clean, turn on and off the water. The living room's aesthetics were very pretty, but to be honest the sofa was not very comfy. But, we weren't inside much to make much of a difference. And lastly, at night the place is pretty dark; the place needs more lamps/light.

Pool downstairs was dirty and full of sand. It was not maintained well. I saw cigarettes butts and leaves floating in water. I wish the kitchen table and chairs were standard size and instead of bar stools. It is not very safe for small children to sit on a tall chair. Each time our 2 year old ate we had to stand next to her to make sure she does not fall down.

We had amazing view from our apartment, where we could watch sunrise above the ocean. Location in general directly at the north beach was great. We also liked 2 pools and easy valet parking. Also, having the washing machine directly at the apartment was very convenient for a beach vacation. :)

We had a feeling that the apartment could be cleaner (especially the carpet and the couch).

Great appartment, lots of space we received a free upgrade to a seaside room a couple hours prior our arrival I was afraid of lacking toilet paper/towels due to other reviews of this hotel. We did not face these issues, as we had enough towels and more than enough toilet paper. Pods for the washing machine have been provided too.

The AC was pretty cold. We were not able to use the pool table / lounge on floor 5 without any hoodie The contrast between the temperatur outside (end of September) and the air-conditioned inside of the building hit us hard, we caught a few after day 1.

Location is awesome for what we were looking for. Supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Subway and Dominos just in front. It is awesome to have access to the beach just going down. To the pool as well. Valet parking is very comfortable.

Room could be a bit bigger. Furniture was kind of cheap (chairs and table) and small. Asked for another bed or couch, they said no way. There was room for an extra bed.
