Location. Edgewater is a great neighborhood. The kitchen and laundry in room. AMAZING we had a one bedroom condo It had an extras half bath that was so great to have. The views from terrace were phenomenal. The service was great and very unobtrusive. Gorgeous pool and spa. We met some residents of the Grand condo building. So nice. We loved the little shopping arcade attached to the building. Gets a 9 because some of the fixtures in the bathroom were very dated and should be swapped out ….. but I understand because the unit we were in is probably privately owned , so renovation would be up to the private owner. We loved our stay. Plan to come back again and request the exact same room and location.

Just the bathroom and shower hardware. But everything was very clean, just very old…..

The Front desk and housekeeping Staff were wonderful!!!!!The room has a Bayside view which was grand in the morning or at night! There is the Publix market around the corner it is a 6 min Uber from downtown Miami which is lots of fun for adult groups, families or friends 18 min ride to South Beach and plenty of great places within reach without having to drive . I prefer my bed a bit more firm but it's cozy the kids loved it even the sofa bed. The shops downstairs give your stay a easy feel My teenagers went ordered food, shopped for small things and we booked a Yacht there as well. We will come back again.

Arrived to find that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom Condo which was perfect in our case since my husband and I were travelling with two of our adult children. The room was beautiful and spacious. The only downside is that we were only in town for one night and were unable to take advantage of the amenities that the hotel had to offer. We will certainly be back.

- The rooms in our 3-bedroom condo with kitchen and balcony were clean and spacious - The balcony was large and had great views on the sides - bay on one side and Miami skyline on the other side - There are 8 elevators and staying on the 31st floor we never had to wait for the elevator - The pool is large, heated, in great condition as well as hot tub - The hotel has palm-scan security system, which made me feel safer

- Some of the furniture might benefit from some fixing - but considering how much space the rooms had, and how many walk-in closets we had, we just didn't use that furniture - The palm-scan security access was revoked from us in the morning of our departure, yet the system kept saying "access granted" but nothing was happening despite the fact that we still had hours before 11 a.m. We had to go to the lobby and ask to grant us access, which they did

Location close to museums and metro mover which is free. Beautiful views. Staff was very attentive.

No service at the pool ie. Bar closed and no towels. The lighting in the room there was no way to turn on the light in the bathroom without disturbing the person sleeping.

The location of the hotel and the size of the room were great.

Bathroom smelled like gas appliances or lighter fluid. The check-in process was cumbersome because my flight was cancelled and I could not arrive on time. I was also overcharged for valet services.

I loved the location, it was close to everything. I also loved the condo it was huge, more than enough space for me and my partner to be comfortable.

We had problems using our hands because the machine was down which was a huge inconvenience our first day.

I LOVED EVERYTHING about this property. The staff was soo friendly and incredibly helpful. It was nice and clean. The Bay view was AMAZING. Especially at sunset and sunrise. My spouse and I have agreed to make this our go to spot when we decide to come back to Miami. Love it, Love it, Love it.

Great location to visit downtown Miami. Nice room, spacious with great views. The pool was also nice!

The lift to the pool got broken and we got locked. But they fix it. They need to upgrade that lift its very old.

The swimming pool was great for the kids. The view from the pool was also fantastic. Room was spacious and beds comfy.

Elevator to pool was not working very well. This forced us to go downstairs to the lobby a couple of times. The front desk staff was always very helpful. The air conditioner was a little bit noisy.
