Clean. Location. Very modern and well decorated. Comfortable.

Pay for parking is ridiculous and no one was there to greet us when we came in. Had to wait and no instructions on how to get up to the third floor were given.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The value for what we paid was tremendous. The full kitchen, the washer and dryer and the second bedroom made this room totally worth what we paid.

Parking is $40 overnight, that’s pretty expensive for parking.

The search began 6 months ago for a place to stay in Miami’s trendy Wynwood district for a 9-night stay, after completing MI5 level searches and reviewing numerous reviews, I decided on Sentral Apartments in the heart of Wynwood with walkable access to all the nearby restaurants bars and shops. The building is modern with an excellent gym on the 2nd floor and business suite and pool on the 6th floor, the lifts can be a bit slow at busy time so the stairs will help keep those step counts up during your stay. The rooms were nicely appointed and the three things which are always super important during my stays are the 1) Comfortable Bed/Pillows 7/10 (pillows too soft for me), 2) Water Pressure of the shower 7/10, 3) Kitchen utensils and appliances 7/10 (lacking in utensils, no bottle opener!). There is a Trader Joe’s supermarket a 10 min walk away in Midtown and a large Target store a further 5 mins away on 36th Street in Midtown for all your food, pharmacy and provisions. There is also a very reasonably priced snack shop in the Sentral Reception with a contactless payment point, very convenient for those late-night cravings. Where Sentral does score 10/10 is in the fantastic customer service that we received during our stay, the front desk team Jorge, Stephanie and Jack were all super helpful and responsive to any requests we made during our fantastic stay. I had forgotten to log out of my YouTube account in my apartment and realised 3 days after checking out, I contacted Jorge and not only did he log me out but sent me a WhatsApp video of him completing the log out procedure, I mean come on where have you seen this level of epic customer service, thanks again Jorge you are. I fully enjoyed the location of Sentral and the staff who made up for any of the minor shortcomings of the apartments and will definitely stay here again when visiting Miami, thanks guys for a great stay.

The pillows were a bit soft but that is my personal opinion, and a few more utensils in the kitchen would be useful, we were moved to an accessible unit which had a issue with drainage in the showroom, but apart from those minor points the facilities at this apartment are fantastic and the staff as I have already alluded to are absolutely first class.

Best stay in Miami ever! we are a couple and booked a 1-bedroom apartment, and Chrystal, AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND, gave us a 2 bedroom and let us check in early too! We were staying in south beach beforehand, but comparing to Sentral Apartments we will definitely be returning here! The beds are super comfy, staff very accommodating and helpful and the common premises are great! The pictures don’t do it justice, we will definitely be returning here! You can’t get a better location right between Wynwood and Midtown!

The location was perfect - in the heart of the Wynwood neighborhood (very safe area and walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping.) The property was super clean and modern, including the lobby, room, pool area and hangout spaces. We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment and loved having the extra space of the living room and kitchen. The whole place was large, bright and airy! The staff was very friendly and helpful (loved that we could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out). The entire experience was fantastic! Made you feel like you lived in Miami for a few days vs staying at a traditional hotel. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved the location, the comfort, cleanliness and layout of the apartment, the view, and the warmth and friendliness of staff. David, George, Jack and Reem( apologies if I am misspelling names), you guys shine! Thank you for answering the phones every time we called in and for ensuring we had a good experience during our stay! Jack, we appreciate the honesty and reassurance when we had questions. David, your recommendations for restaurants were simply phenomenal! You have great tastebuds! We enjoyed the pool party and appreciate the extended invite. Reem, kudos to you for having the best team. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the warmth you displayed during our conversation. Appreciate you guys! I highly recommend and cannot wait to stay again when we visit Miami!

I liked everything about our stay!

Fantastic location walking distance to all the fun restaurants, bars and shops of Wynwood. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright and quiet. We had a noisy neighbor one night and the reception handled it immediately. The parking was safe and convenient in a garage below and the pool was nice.

There was no housekeeping service and the parking in the garage was pricy ($40 p night). Also the elevator was super slow and we were unable to take the stairs between floors.

I loved the decor the ambiance and the gym! wow that gym was the best I’ve ever been to! the windows were large and it felt so great to get a nice workout in while I traveled.

The reception desk is exceptional welcome and kind. We got the key for one of the units very smoothly. I booked two units from booking.com but the property only received one. Not sure who we need to blame. After a lengthy communication with booking.com representative and the property manager, we were giving the 2nd unit. We do need to pay for it and request refund from booking.com with a cancellation fee. Although it is not a very pleasant experience overall, the reception desk person (Walter Garcia) was helping us patiently and tried everything that he can do to solve the issue. We appreciate it a lot.

New and modern facilities / furnishings, spacious apartments, wonderful gym & rooftop pool area, good location in Wynwood, friendly and helpful reception staff.

The on-site parking is very expensive ($35 a day, and not valet) especially if you are staying for a longer period which is common given it’s apartments, not a standard hotel. The kitchens aren’t particularly well stocked so you might struggle to cook full meals in the apartments, if that is what you are planning to do - I stayed in two different two-bed apartments here and the first didn’t have any baking trays, wine opener, or other common small kitchen items. The second had no kettle or frying pans. There is a Target and Home Goods nearby so if you are staying for a while and cooking is important, you can buy some cheap items there I guess
