The location, cleanliness and relaxation

The fact that the pool was closed throughout the whole stay, and we had to use a neighboring property for pool time. Then the fact that I stayed there for 7 nights to celebrate my bday and the day of my bday they didn’t recognize it, despite prior to my arrival I emailed them twice about me being there for my bday and if they can help celebrate with either a bottle of wine or fruits, but what I got “nothing”, other hotels does it even the cruise ships does, especially if you inform them, I know because I experienced that before. “Really Marriott 7 nights, wow!”

Room and location was very good. Asked for high floor water view and received what we asked for. Fairly newly refurbished, hard flooring and nice size shower. Would've been nice to leave a shower cap, cotton buds etc.

Breakfast, the buffet has a fair selection, hot food, fruits, yogurts, toast etc. and there was an additional menu. I ordered Avocado on toast and waited 30 minutes, The server gave my food to another guest, then waited another 20 minutes for it to arrive. My husband ordered two fried eggs to go with his breakfast and it took 30 minutes to arrive, he has eaten his breakfast by the time they came. Staff apologized, I could understand if they were busy but only 4 or 5 tables of guests. We did not go back to the restaurant.

The view of my room was very nice, however, I had stayed here before and remembered the view very different, I think they have remodeled the rooms after the pandemic which it is very good. Good stuff, very good attention. I will definitely be back

My room was never clean and we were there for 3 days, however I cleaning lady stopped one day before our stay and apologized and picked up the trash and refresh our towels

The hotel was recently renovated. It was nice and clean. Lilly at the front desk was wonderful. She helped us so much with whatever we needed . She also helped us with things we could do while we were there which made our trip great. Thank you so much Lilly

Front door staff EXCELLENT! Front desk staff a little slow and English was not great. Maintenance staff EXCELLENT! Our toilet stopped up, and Maintenance came right away, and was very pleasant and friendly and fixed it immediately. 

I thought that the suite we had would have a bedroom and a door. It had an incredible view, but did not have separate sleeping areas..

Room was great! Upgraded easily to a lovely Bay view. Selection of restaurants. Coastal Grill was our choice. On the water, great drinks and delicious food. Shops and liquor store on premises.

All was great and friendly...no complaints!

The food in the restaurant needs improvement. It was very expensive for the quality
