Beautifully designed hotel in a great location with plenty of pools and facilities. Staff at the concierge are very helpful as are the base staff, restaurant staff and pool staff. The staff at check in aren’t engaging or welcoming enough but I suppose it’s because their continuously busy.

Rooms are spacious but no opening windows if you don’t take a room with a balcony. The on site coffee shop is ridiculously expensive!!!! And they never display prices with taxes so you always thing your being over charged.

The front desk checkout procedure was epic. I was in a hurry, and thanks, Mert, for making it very fast and efficient. And the cleaning staff is amazing - they are very friendly and positive.

The prices are very much over the quality of the food beverage and the service.

Well look it's the Fontainebleu. Suite was large, well-appointed, nice view. Plenty of food options, and so many pools. Pools for days. Good restaurants ($$$$).

If I'm honest, the room just wasn't all that nice. Dinged up furniture, carpet pulling up in places, paint peeling from the ceiling. One morning I woke up to find my fridge had somehow leaked a bunch of water all over the floor, really inconsistent wifi. I suppose all the amenities are why it's a 5 star hotel, but you wouldn't know that from the room itself. It was OKAY, just didn't feel like the world-class 5 star experience I was expecting for the price paid.

The hotel was EXCELLENT! we were very happy with our stay and the staff.

Beware of all the HIDDEN fees. We paid way more for our rooms then what we booked. I was shocked at the price come time to check out and we didn't charge anything to our rooms. They charge a hotel fee, a parking fee, a occupancy fee it's absolutely RIDICULOUS

The concierge and the lady at check in was very nice and friendly. The spa was able to accommodate my needs. It was very nice even though I was there for medical appointments in Miami.

The retail shop! I wanted a pair of jeans and a few tops. I found the lady in the very rude to me. I had a small cup of water with only a few drinks in it left from the spa and I was informed to watch my drink to get rid of it! There were what appeared to be several of her friends in there with alcoholic beverages laughing loudly and just talking and nothing was said to them. Everything I touched I she looked at! I refused to purchase anything from there and ordered it online from another retailer.

One the biggest hotels in the Miami beach area. The hotels offers an international and vibrant atmosphere and is definitely a "Miami classic". Expect upscale parties, especially in weekends. The hotel have a good location on Miami "Mid beach" with beautiful pool areas and direct beach access. The hotel offers breakfast with both an ala carte and buffet option in, Vida, restaurant. Due to the covid situation the buffet is at the moment limited to not offer the omelette station. Overall breakfast experience is good, but not the best we had in this area. Plus for friendly vaters and staff. The breakfast is relatively pricy. The hotel also house the restaurants StripSteak and Pizza & Burger. StripSteak offers fine dining and they have really good steaks and overall quality that justifies the high price. The service level is also very good in this restaurant, same is atmosphere and facilities. Pizza & Burger delivers what their name is saying, in a casual atmosphere surrounding a large bar. Food and service is good, but nothing memorable for us. If you are heading to south beach area we recommend to at least once stroll along the beach walk. Its a nice walk that will take you about 30 minutes in comfortable pace

Due to covid, the hotel had limited housekeeping to every other day. This seems a little strange as the logic thing would be to increase cleaning and hygiene routines in this situation. The part of the hotel that is facing the road side starts also to look a bit messy with garbage laying around For a hotel in this size, we missed more dining options, especially since we staid here just over 1 week this time. Best regards, Christian and Renata

If you stayed only 2 nights they wont clean the room. Covid is their excused, travel all around the world after Covid and this is the only hotel is still pulling out this excuse to save some dollars even when you pay top dollar to stay here.

There are a lot of activities and restaurants

All the hidden fees and extra charges for things we didn’t use and were not interested in but had to pay for anyway as listed below. “Take advantage of all our resort has to offer, such as gym access, daily circuit training work out, beach & pool chairs, banana boat rides, guest bicycles, and much more, included with your daily $47 hotel fees.”
