Great location away from the madness of South Beach. Easy to get to by bus or free Trolley. Shops, bars and restaurants nearby as are beaches. South Beach or Haulover about 20 mins by bus away so its a great location if you are not a night party goer. The apartment is quite small but it had all I needed to cater for myself for a few days. All good.

There was no electric or gas hob so I had to do everything in the microwave so it restricted what I could cook. Not a real problem.

Great apartment. We traveled only as a couple so the apartment was maybe a little large for us. There was everything - almost fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom, another one in the other room. AC was working well. The toilet also includes bidet. Parking spot is available right in front of the building, directly accessible from the street. We had it booked in advance, there are 2 spots available.

Really hard to say and I would have to think about only some miniscule issues. Maybe occasional ants present in the bathroom. The hostess did not speak English, only Spanish, but we actually had no problem with it.

We had a triple room and a studio and we were really happy with the location and the facilities we had. The kitchen is well equipped to have the breakfast and some coffee and the staff is very polite and careful with the guests. Location is great 1 minute from the beach and we had even beach umbrella and chairs provided by accommodation. A few restaurants are just around the corner and the Miami trolley is also just across the street.

I loved the location of the property. The surrounding bars and cafes were interesting and the people friendly. The facilities included beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella which was amazing. Maribel met us and was very friendly. We booked an additional night through booking.com and Sophia, the manager was very happy to have them reimburse the additional cleaning fee. I would definitely go back and recommend.

There was no where to put clothes. The fridge was quite noisy.

Location and value for money. Also the Mabel and her daughter are very kind.

I didn't like that the door slammed automatically. You had to wait for it to shut and then hold it in order to avoid slamming it. You could hear the door slamming in the morning. Not super loud as I was on the second floor but it can be improved.

Nice and clean apartment, initially we booked a studio but they upgraded with one apartment free of charge . Everything you need if you want to cook, coffee maker, good wi fi, 3min walking distance to the beach and publix supermarket. Close to bus station and also trolley bus which is free and you can reach to south beach . I highly recommend it

The location was great for the cost. Really close to the beach and quiet. Remember it's North Miami Beach, mostly locals and chill vibes. The apartment was clean and we'll equiped. I had everything I need (including a chair and umbrella for the beach). The staff was nice.

The staff was nice but didn't speak english...we used Google translate for communication. The room was too warm when I arrived, it took time until it got cold. I heard the staff talking through my wall during the day, my room was next to the office (at night I didn't hear anything).

The location of this place is very comfortable and practical. Opposite you can find a big public parking. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. There are diners and a supermarket nearby. The beach is 3 minutes on foot. Very fast check-in. Door opened by the code. Laundry available.

The apartment is nicely located, 5 mins to the beach and near many nice restaurants. Easy check in and out.

Beds are pretty small so a couple will need to be separate. The room can be a bit cold if the tempreture plunge but it is very rare so would be no problem in summer time.
