We stayed at Costa Norte for the second time already. For Miami Beach it's a pretty quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shops in direct reach. Also it's only a 3-minute-walk to the beach (crystal clear water). If you ask nicely the staff will equip you with beach chairs and umbrella.

We arrived late in the night (missed connection flight) and had to access the building and our room with the access codes that had been sent to us prior to our arrival. Unfortunately the room code was wrong. We tried calling the phone number that was given to us if there's any problem. The tape announcement was in Spanish though and as neither me or my wife speak spanish so that was no help. We had to get another hotel for the night at 2 am in the morning. Staff was really nice about that though and refunded the missed night and equipped us with restaurant coupons for days :)

I liked that I was safe and the room shower was excellent. I had a mini fridge and microwave, table to eat. I could sleep well.

I found a nail clipping on the bathroom counter which made me doubt the hygiene level. Also, I found blonde hair strands on the bath towels. Wished the towels were white.

Great Location and room was clean upon arrival. There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and access to the beach within a block from the building. There is municipal parking lot half a block away from the premises which becomes free everyday past 6 pm until 9 am the next day.

This is an apt complex turn into airbnb/hotel but its not a hotel keep this in mind. There is no parking on premises and rooms are very very small however Miami Beach is like that everywhere you go to stay.

The hotel is very close to the beach, around 300m, you can go have a swim and come back just with your swim shorts. The access inside the hotel and room is all codes, so no need to worry about losing any access cards. The front desk is only manned for a while, so if you check in late, you might need to contact someone, but they will offer all the information you need and you can finish the formalities the next day. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, there is a TV, microwave and fridge. All the pictures are real, so you get what you see. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we actually went to Universal Studios in Orlando and returned to the same hotel because it was very convenient. Juan from front desk was very kind and I could contact him via messages for any information related to the stay.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful friendly. The deluxe suite was a good-sized room. It was close to the beach and not in the hustle and bustle of things. I like the coded entry. The pricing was affordable and reasonable

The soap in room. It wasn't labeled as far as shampoo and Conditioner and bodywash. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor but nothing major a towel didn't fix.

Awesome location, less than a 5 min walk from the beach. It’s a cute little hotel & rooms are decent size. You have a nice flatscreen smart tv, mini fridge, table, & microwave. They have nice security, you need a pin to everything! The managers are so friendly & very helpful. It was perfect for my boyfriend & I. I would recommend for couples or families less then 4. We would definitely stay again.

Really really wish they had a coffee maker. The coffee places around here aren’t the best, so a coffee maker in the rooms would be a nice little plus. The showers are small & the door is the opposite way which is a pain. You don’t get many towels so definitely would bring your own. I definitely don’t recommend for big families.

Very good location in North beach, near the beach and "Little Buenos Aires". Extremely good service. Cleanliness was perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and felt very comfortable. They gave us an umbrella, beach towels, and seats, which was very cool for us.

It's not luxury but you get what you pay for. Great value. Towels could be better.

We loved the location, we felt safe and the area was more quiet and less crowded than South Beach. We were able to get to the beach, restaurants and bars really quick by walking. The interior of our room was simple and comfortable, we got everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. Ovi gave us very good advice on things to do in the city and went out of his way to ensure we had an really awesome time. Thanks for that!

Because of COVID-19 there was no housekeeping service. The beach sand in the room got a little out of hand, I guess there would be a better way to handle this situation instead of not cleaning the room at all. The water pressure in the shower was really low which made washing your hair quite difficult

The customer service was phenomenal. Our flight came in late and Gabby insured we had all the key code information to get in with no problems. Upon meeting Gabby in the morning for check in she was extremely hospitable and helpful. Our flight ended up getting canceled and we needed to stay one more night on a busy spring break week. Gabby moved mountains to try to get us an extra day in our same room. Although we were unable to stay the extra day, the stay was comfortable, the room was spacious, great location super close to restaurants and beach, and safe neighborhood.
