I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would particularly like to thank Jose and Gaby for their help in retrieving my backpack. I left it in the hotel property when I came to the airport, and they were able to coordinate with each other to find it and bring it to me. I was so grateful to have my backpack back, and I really appreciate their efforts. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport and I would highly recommend it to others.

I did not like having to pay $5.00 per package especially for packages delivered while I was already at the hotel. Those should have been delivered free of costbas was the case a few years ago. Hilton provided free transportation to and from Airport only. They once took guests to Walmart and Dolphin mall. They stop that but did not state that before hand

Our room was available ahead or check in time and also they gave us a late check out. The bed was very comfy. Staff were very polite and professional.

We had a suite and the room was very dark near the sitting area. The pool was in the shade until the afternoon, although we were told just prior to checking out that we could have used the pool at the Sheraton Four Points. We arrived 10 mins early for the 2pm shuttle but it never showed up. Ended up getting the 14,30. Luckily we had plenty of time.

It had lovely grounds, and lobby. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with an early checkin. They even upgraded my room. The room was clean even had a cute puppy made from towels and I was pleasantly surprised with 2 complimentary bottles of water. Hilton Garden Inn Hotels are always nice stays. This brand is always our go to Hotel.

Desk was helpful in securing internet while waiting for room to be ready. Desk was helpful in calling a taxi when Uber was very, very frustrating. Taxi came immediately. I liked that market items where available to purchase. This was especially helpful because there are no restaurants on the same side of the street. There is a grill and food onsite

Hilton Garden Inn is not on the main highway 628??? but one row of buildings behind. It is down a driveway and twice we could not get an Uber driver to find us. Also there are no restaurants on the same side of the street. If you came in by public transportation you have to play frogger to get to Dennys, McDonalds, Wendy's across the highway

Clean, comfortable room and bathroom with lots of soft towels and Neutrogena products.

For an airport hotel, I would have liked restaurant service around the clock.They have chips and ice cream available, not really a healthy and nutritious diner when your flight gets in late !

Ride from airport took some time but dependable. Affordable ride to cruise/ Port Friendly staff. Spacious room. Clean. Quiet Overall good for what I needed

Shuttle Go to Walmart and mall a few time a day amd won't return for hours Should go to the beach Airport pick up was delayed.taxes and fees made the price increase. Didn't expect that.

Everything but breakfast

Our stay had breakfast, seems that breakfast has changed, no eggs, bacon etc, just some fruits and cereals. So I asked for some scrambled eggs, I was charged the full amount instead. I already paid with the stay for the C. breakfast, so basically I paid twice. I will never have breakfast there again.

The location - it was close to the airport in a secure compound with 2 other sister hotels. I liked the shuttle service, the friendly and professional front desk staff and the quick waitresses at the lobby restaurant.

Food was good, service from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff was pleasant and loved that the property has shuffle service to/from airport and to cruise terminal (for an additional fee)
