Initially, we selected this hotel because of the perk of being able to leave our car for the week while we cruised, without incurring an additional fee, but found many additional things we enjoyed at the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of fruit and several hot items. I especially liked that I could toast my bagel to the level I preferred. The room size was great and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the staff were very pleasant but Daniel (front desk) was exceptional. He efficiently handled a minor issue involving leaving our car there while we cruised, and helped with getting a Lyft to the port that first morning, when I inadvertently entered the incorrect address. He always had a smile on his face, and spoke to everyone else checking in with courtesy. He is a real asset to the hotel!

We could not find a place to hang the wet towels after a shower. Maybe provide a towel rack (attached or free standing)? Other than that, we enjoyed everything about the stay.

we absolutely loved the suite, the kitchen and the materials that came with it. one of the best suites we’ve stayed at so far. washer and dryer were excellent too! the breakfast was consistent every day of our stay. the cleaning service was very helpful with towels and other amenities that we needed without us knowing. we had a blast there and would go reserve the same spot in Doral, Miami

if I could say there was only one thing. kids were too loud next door but that didn’t trouble our stay. 10 stars for us

One staff member came to the dining area and she was saying “ some people will try and to take all the food, and other guests will not be able to get any that’s why I came to watching”. Some guests with kids were really noisy, and kids were knocking at my door and runaway.

The location was perfect. I used to work for a Miller's Ale House when I lived in Fort Myers so that was nice to grab dinner after a long day of travel. The location was not far from the airport or the cruise port. The continental breakfast was great!! Many options and also you had my favorite coffee creamer!!!! I was amazed to see that!!

Daniel @ front desk, Mauricio and Luisa @ lounge area were incredibly helpful and friendly. They treated my family well and went above their duties to help my wife to be comfortable. Thank them for all their help and support.

Pool wasn't clean and we could not use it.

Excellent location. Full kitchen facilities which helped when we needed to eat in. Breakfast was always hot - eggs and sausages, fruits, oatmeal, waffles, cereals, bread, bagels, english muffins ans muffins. There is a restaurant in walking distance. Free parking.

Very accommodating to your request(s). Breakfast were excellent. I didn't take advantage of other things hotel provided but if you stay here, you should take a look what the hotel offers. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, good breakfast and the afternoon snack from monday to wednesday was very good.

They don’t clean the room everyday because of Covid I guess, and I had to ask a lot of times for towels and toilet paper.

Large and spacious room equipped with all necessary things (iron, hairdryer, kitchen). Comfortable and large bed. Delicious breakfast and afternoon snack.

Room cleaning is once every seven days, too strong air conditioner cooling in hotel corridors.

The staff are very attentive and very helpful Daniel at checking even put us in room very early, Thank you breakfast is wonderful and inviting, location is perfect lots of market restaurants at city place I highly recommend this property.
