We spent an unforgettable holiday in this hotel. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, reception, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar waiters. The hotel has a very tasty and varied breakfast. Near the hotel you will find everything you need, parking, grocery stores and restaurants. It is convenient to get from the hotel to anywhere in Miami by car. The area where the hotel is located is clean and safe. We got the feeling of not just relaxing in a hotel, but being welcomed by a family. The hotel management does an excellent job and the quality of your stay at this hotel exceeds expectations. We have also stayed in identical rated hotels in Miami but did not have the same personalized service as a customer. We highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and holidays with children.

Perfectly located for the purpose of this trip, which was a combination of leisure and business. clean and comfortable beds, fancy ambiance, good for business trips.

A wifi malfunctioning made it a bit difficult for me to join a virtual call. I had a slight feeling that the staff became a bit annoyed by our insistence to repair the flaw. a technical person came to fix it, left the room to come back, leaving our bedroom door open and never came back 🤷🏽‍♂️ 💆🏽‍♂️. we fell asleep and checked out the next day as it was out day to leave. This experience almost ruined our impression of the hotel. I have to say though that a young, short, dark long haired female staff member with glasses made my day with her smile and very friendly approach, making it up for the less pleasant experience.

We had a horrible flight on the way from Pittsburgh, connecting in Charlotte, to Miami. (originally supposed to land in West Palm, but the flight was delayed, which made us miss our connecting flight). Anyways, we were exhausted (12 hours of travel) and were so happy to book a room at the last minute at your wonderful hotel. We were treated exceptionally well by everyone! The concierge was so welcoming, and the bartenders were personable and very professional. Your hotel is gorgeous and clean, and the beds are super comfortable. We had room service the next morning, (she was so friendly) and it was wonderful! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! :)

Everything went very well. Receptionist was extremely nice and efficient. The process did not take long. We had a couple of cocktails at the bar which were excellent. Breakfast was very well organised with a great selection. Very good value for money.

We got quite badly bitten by mosquitos out by the pool :-( At breakfast, although pre-paid, we did feel there was a further request for a 'tip'....bit uncomfortable. It's America!

Really clean rooms Bed sheets were very thick, so I was really warm, in a colder room. Service was great! Breakfast was amazing, and waiters were very attentive.

Check in process was not really, working very much. They had to switch computers to work out 2 of the transactions. But in the end, we got what we needed done. Booking.com did not transfer information to the hotel, that included with my room was a free breakfast at the buffet. I had to speak to front desk and show booking confirmation, in order for them to allow it. I thought this information would be transfered better. Not the fault of the hotel, but more booking.com But we ended up receiving our complimentary breakfast!

The restaurant was excellent! I had a wonderful lunch. The food was fresh and well-prepared. Conrad checked me both in and out. He was fantastic! He was kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. He is the perfect face for the front desk staff and is the kind of employee who offers the service you expect from the Intercontinental. Thank you, Conrad! The room was very clean and the linens were extremely comfortable.

Roberto in the bar was rude. He was short, unpleasant, and appeared annoyed with having to provide service in the bar. In fact, I was initially sitting at the bar and I moved because I had no interest in being near him. He seems like an employee who has worked there so long that he no longer finds his job interesting, and treats the patrons as if they are more of an annoyance than anything. The young woman working with him, I believe her name was Anaya, was kind, welcoming, and very pleasant. She should be in charge of the bar if he really has no interest in being there.

Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the balcony amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay

There was a lot of flies in balcony area. When I spoke to someone from the hotel 4 days before arriving and mentioned it was our honeymoon she said that it will be complimentary surprise for our honeymoon like strawberries or flowers or champagne. However, none of the above was here and when we called the front desk about it they did not know what we was talking about and said they don't do that. Just wish a luxury hotel like this did something special for honeymooners and that what they promise they actually do

The room was absolutely beautiful, I did not expect so much space and the patio area was such a nice add on! I also loved how expansive the breakfast buffet was, I only expected cereal, toast, and maybe some bacon and eggs, but everything was so much better. I loved it all!

I honestly don’t think anything needed to be better. I only had one problem and that was the business center computer not working, I wasn’t able to print my cruise tickets or negative test results, but it really didn’t put a damper on anything as I just used my phone instead.
