The location is excellent for a quiet stay in South Beach. Beach shuttle is great. There are tons of food options in walking distance. The Lincoln Road shopping and dining area is Awesome!

Front desk personnel is not very nice. This is my second experience at the hotel with the front desk checking in. I booked through Booking.com, and they can never seem to find my reservation. Though they can't find it, I am treated poorly for it. I feel they are rejecting me because of race. Instead of being nice about it. They say, "I don't see a reservation." On top of that, I was given a handicap without my consent.

The location was near many things . Trader Joe’s is across the street and there’s another market nearby that is walking distance on the other side of the hotel. Shuttle service is great to the beach and you can also rent bikes that comes with your 22$ enmities to the hotel . Breakfast at the hotel was great and the pool on the roof was so warm. Our room was perfect ! Had everything we needed . Kitchen with plug in stove top and microwave, however our microwave stopped working . Has a little fridge in the room and our windows had a nice view of the city and Trader Joe’s . Valet service parking was nice . The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Loved the location and cleanliness. Roof top pool was nice. Breakfast was decent, enough to start your day.

Only thing I requested was a early check in and they said they would if they could. Our flight arrived early and they weren't able to accommodate my early check in request but allowed us to store our luggage which was great because we did brunch and shopping. The problem came when we returned later on in the day our room still wasn't ready which was very inefficient on their end. We checked in after check in time due to them not being able to provide us with the proper room we had booked.

The entire staff at the residence Inn was courteous..professional..and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure there guest were happy and satisfied. I want to give a special thanks to one of your front desk workers who goes by the name J..just pronounced like the name Jay only this J is a female. She consistently went out of her way to help make me and my families stay there special .and always with this beautiful smile..And because of her actions I will plan again another trip from Houston to your hotel again next year .She should be commended for her actions. It made me and my wife and 2 daughters very happy we chose your hotel .Bravo and thank you for giving us a most pleasurable vacation experience..Master Chef..Nicholas Padula.

The only thing that I brought to another agents attention was the small table that you eat on in the kitchen. It was uneven in the balance of the legs which made it rock back and forth instead of sitting balance..It rocked back and forth when we would eat there. I put some paper and cardboard under one of the legs to make it still..A small dresser would have helped to store our clothes..The large closet was good to hang up clothes but no drawers inside it..but we dealt with that just fine..

All of the above! Great location; quiet but close to mall and beach. Fabulous room! Great size and layout. Very generous towel allocation. Helpful and friendly staff at all times. Breakfast included was a nice and unexpected touch.

I would've liked to know in advance how much we would be paying per night from Thursday to Sunday. The "standard rate" changes hugely over the weekend. So, it was a more expensive trip, but we loved it!

Smelled good which I think sets the tone of how your stay will be. Hotel was clean and the room was a good size.

The breakfast could have been a little better. Also, I didn’t like how the hotel authorized $700 dollars for incidentals on top of charging you for the stay after you check out. I think taking $1400 dollars out of someone’s account is very excessive even though the incidental charge will fall off.

REGARDING BREAKFAST, I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THIS THAT AS I AM FROM INDIA AND PURE VEGETARIAN. SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET VEG BREAKFAST OR YOU CAN SAY THEIR NOT MUCH OPTIONS FOR VEGETARIAN PERSON. SO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS . LOACTION IS VERY GOOD AND ROOM COMFORT WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

one of the best hotels I have been to in relation to location ambience. the staff especially would like to congratulate Brandine Sanchez and Ines Torres of reception for their wonderful personality and charm and calmness in helping me and my family with all issues. staff handling breakfast very helpful overall had a great stay

cleaning not done daily but perfectly understandable due to the present situation. one thing only despite our several requests the bottle with the liquid bath soap in the bathroon got over and was never refilled despite our reminding the cleaning lady several times during our stay finally decided to buy a bath soap from Publix and used it

The location is great to explore Miami beach. The beach chairs which are included with shuttle service to and from the hotel were a great add on. The roof top pool was wonderful and the staff very helpful and attentive.

The complimentary breakfast was a lovely add on but not many healthy choices was the only downfall. The shower had no to very little water pressure which was disappointing. It ran out so lightly and slowly it took forever to shower.

Location is great, walking distance from Lincoln Rd\Ln\Beach, good breakfast, nice room.

Apparently they started to charge for parking, 50$ for SUV :-(
