The location is great. Central Miami beach so perfect for getting around on foot. The apartment was really spacious and could comfortably have 6 people staying.

The apartment itself is lovely but the kitchen didn't have enough equipment so couldn't really make a family meal as there weren't enough pots, pans, oven dishes to cook properly. We also struggled to find the parking so they need to explain it better. I.e you basically use the supermarket car park which is next door.

The flat was absolutely beautiful and i will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting

They could have provided a sponge, cloth and cleaning spray

Modern trendy apartment in a good location right next to Lincoln Road Shops which is a trendy shopping area with bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to the beach but walking down Lincoln Road made it fun. Pool was often deserted. Gym was well equipped

You couldn't alter the air conditioning in each room. The apartment was noisy as on a busy road in a residential area so woken up early in the morning with lorries and bin men. There should have been some basic items like salt pepper oil in the flat t use. to buy for a few days was a waste of money

I liked the location, a little less than 2 miles walk from the beach, and just behind us, 0.2 miles walk from Biscayne Bay, and a few feet from Lincoln road. I absolutely loved that we stayed on top of the Trader Joe’s, we frequented Trader Joe’s and the staff there was amazing. It was very easy to get around, and days when I grew tired of walking, I just caught the free trolley. Perfect!

I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to check in early, and it was difficult checking out late. But, my customer service representative was excellent, when she saw I was denied an early check in, she was able to accommodate me for the late check out and the inconvenience. Also, the unit definitely could’ve used a very good dusting underneath the bed, nightstand, and on top of the headboard.

The 2BR/2BA apartment (#410) was huge, with floor to ceiling windows in all bedrooms and living room, double exposure (north and east), beautiful views of the city,, 2 balconies. Very comfortable beds and great showers. Trader Joe's below is very convenient. We got a car, but never used it, as you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent.

Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to great restaurants and bars nearby and also a quick uber ride to South Beach. Trader Joes steps away was perfect for grabbing groceries for meals in. Layout of rooms were spacious and comfortable for groups of 4-5. Amenities were fantastic. Kitchen space was put to great use.

The floor was really dirty. Walking around barefoot, your feet would turn almost black. Otherwise, things seemed clean but that was a bit gross. There was a bag of trash out by the pool for two days that we had to request be moved which was kind of gross. The pool was very cloudy when we arrived and any requests for more towels or clean up usually took a while to be completed.

Very large and nice apartment. Conveniently located near the Lincoln Road street mall with many shops and restaurants. Beach within walking distance. Everything was very well organized. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Street noise can be audible during the night.

The apartment is very beautiful and innovative. It is spacious and has a lot of space.

We are missing a blanket, we contacted through the app, we were told that they would contact us, but it didn't happen. We had to manage without a single blow.

well we had a broken shower head since our arrival we contacted costumer service several times they would send a maintenance person to the apt. they promise us to replace it and no thing happened for the two weeks of our stay

The bedroom was nice and there was a lot of space!

Kitchen did not have a spatula and the TV did not have cable. If you are traveling to this building bring a fire stick or stream.
