The cleanliness of the hotel.

At the beginning of my stay. The front desk bill my credit card. For 4 nights stay and at check out. They say I still have a $924.00. unpaid balance. They same amount I paid at the beginning of my stay. They tried to run my credit card 2 time's to get the same payment. The credit card company declined the transaction. Figuring something wasn't right when they had already bill my card at the beginning of my stay.

I've only spent one night here, because of a cancelled flight in Miami. However, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfy, the check-in and check-out were fast. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The location is good in the context of an overnight stay close to the airport. The staff was helpful and responsive.

I think that more detailed information on how the shuttle works would greatly help travelers that find themselves for the first time there, potentially drowsy and confused after a long haul flight. It was not clear to me where I should wait for the shuttle and how often it comes. The hotel staff was very helpful when I called to ask for this information, but it would've been much easier if I could find it on the hotel's website or even as an information on booking.com. Apparently the shuttle comes every hour on the hour. Not knowing when and where to wait for it, I missed 2 shuttles and thus got very late in the evening at the hotel.

I loved the proximity of the hotel to the airport and that free shuttle service to/from the airport is available. It was also extreme convenient that there was a decent restaurant within the hotel that had a varied menu. Check in was smooth and staff was nice. Value for the price was spot on especially last minute considering our flight was diverted and all options home were cancelled until the next day. Rooms were spacious, clean, updated, and the bed was comfortable. The only things about the room was that there wasn’t an iron or a microwave. It also would’ve been convenient if the tvs were smart or at least had the capability to screen mirror or be able to login to our own streaming services. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and polite. We did not struggle to check in and the process was smooth. The reception looks great and the facilities are well maintained. The restaurant food was tasty but really pricey (as expected at a hotel restaurant). There is a convenience store nearby, and it is within walking distance. The (free) airport shuttle was on time and the driver helped us load and unload our luggage. The lighting outside and inside was good; I felt safe as compared to other hotels that look dodgy because of poor lighting.

The floor in our room was not too clean, and the carpet was dusty. The airport shuttle was not clean and I got bug bites on my behind from sitting in it - not the standard you would expect from the hotel. The rooms are not sound proof so you can basically hear most things that your neighbors are doing in their rooms (so uncomfortable). I did not like the fact that our food cannot be delivered to our rooms (ubereats, doordash etc) - but I get that it’s a safety standard. The fencing at the gate was almost nonexistent - I do not like that anyone can see you swim as they’re passing by (the hotel is located on a busy road). I did not have a car during my stay but the parking was not too secure, easily accessible by the public.

The room was super! Nicely appointed very attractive, functional, and very clean! The staff was exceptionally nice. The noise was an issue, a fan or other white noise in the room would be helpful as would a microwave.

Airport nearby is of course an all night source of noise overhead, a fan or white noise would help with this issue. The shower faucets are ridiculously convoluted, you need to "figure them out" to shower. I am 60 I can not imagine someone with bad eye sight or older than me being able to figure out the shower...

My stay was good friendly staff very clean facilities

They charged me twice. I booked with one card and when I got there I thought I was actually paying with another one. Only to find out they charged both cards and I have not been refunded my money as of yet. If it says pay upon arrival then I should be able to pay with another card and not the one on file. If they was going to take it from the card on file then they should not have asked me how I wanted to pay. I just want my refund. But other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was wonderful, the shuttle service was really great, the room was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated having a little store in the lobby with snacks and drinks so I didn't have to leave my room once I arrived.

My only problem was how thin the walls were... I could hear a baby crying, someone snoring, and the hair dryer from the room next to me. I was on the 5th floor so maybe the other floors don't have this problem. This was my only complaint

The hotel was welcoming and friendly, the rooftop bar was fabulous and the food delicious, the cocktails were great and it was happy hour too! Service was perfect, and the rooms and hotel in general was modern and very clean. I didn't have breakfast but i did have coffee and it was made with expertise by the barista! Bed was super comfortable, there was hardly any noise from outside and the shower was excellent! A powerful rain shower was lovely after a long flight. i thought the hotel would be cheap and cheerful but it exceeded my expectations

The location is a bit dubious but it is an airport parameter hotel so as expected really! It was perfect for what i needed a nice meal, a good nights sleep, a great shower with a perfect coffee in the morning. Have recommended to stay here again!

My girlfriend had breakfast every morning at the pool and she said it was excellent - big thanks to Azucena, the girl who served her breakfast, five stars to Azucena, she is wonderful. Generally, the staff were very friendly, helpful, always took care of our requests with a smile on their face Great view from the 6th floor restaurant

while taking a shower, the water was turning from hot to cold and then the other way round, quite strange not the most quiet room, but then again, it is right next to the airport, and very very close to the runway used for takeoff, if you're an aviation fan, that is music to the ears

I would say it was one of the nicest non luxury hotels I have ever stayed in. Smaller than expected reception area, got a line going through the chairs in the lobby. Rooms had a completely different layout than I have every experienced and were small, but it all worked for it.

Nothing. Like I said, the negatives all worked for it in a different way than I was used to. The reception line should not have gone through the lobby chairs. If someone was sitting across from you, you could not communicate. I am sure that doesn't happen often or for long as there were two people working registration.
