Location from the airport. They have a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport. On the day you are scheduled to arrive they will send a message through booking.com to let you know how to call for the shuttle once you collect your baggage. They have a shuttle to the cruise port. You sign up as soon as you check in The desk clerk called a taxi for us this morning because we had to leave for the airport before their shuttle starts for the day.

Pillows aren't firm enough. No shuttle service from the cruise port if going back to the hotel after the cruise. Rugs in hallways need to be replaced. They seem pretty dirty in places.

ideal location for our needs (overnight stay between flying into Miami and getting a cruise the next day) the airport and port shuttles offered by this property was the deciding factor for staying and we were very impressed by the comfort of the beds and the hotel as a whole was lovely and breakfast was fantastic

The breakfast was much better than I was expecting. Having free shuttles from airport to hotel and hotel to Port of Miami was a major selling point and a great service.

Carpets in always were tired and a bit dirty

The complimentary shuttle from the hotel was a big disappointment. The hotel is 2 miles from the airport. When we called for pick-up we were told the shuttle had just returned to the hotel so it would be "20 minutes". It was more like 45 minutes. We saw shuttles for other nearby hotels go by multiple times during the time we were waiting for a ride. Hard to understand why it took that long for the shuttle to make the loop.

Everything was clean and accesible, plus BREAKFAST INCLUDED was a plus.

No order list for Transportation for the Cruise Port. People who arrived last at the Lobby, got the chance at first to get in, people who ere early stayed back.

Shuttle to cruise was great, but my mom had to call really early the morning before to reserve our spot or we would have missed our check in time. She got us on the shuttle and it was great!

Hotel room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was professional and helpful. Security guard was very helpful. Shuttle service was awesome and organized.

Hallway carpet needs replacing, looks dirty and stained. Vending machines took my money and gave no products.

Our whole experience was very good-from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reception to the comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was adequate, and the coffee good.

For our overnight stay, everything was fine.

This was the perfect location prior to our cruise. Our room and the lobby were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was on the better-end for an included continental breakfast. The airport shuttle was great. The pool looked nice, but we did not have time to use it.

When checking in and choosing a shuttle time for the cruise port, it was sad to learn that I could not reserve the time we needed. The cruise terminal did let us in early, but it would be nice if there were more spots available at each time slot or an option to reserve two weeks in advance (when we reserve our cruise check-in time). The hallway floors were a bit dirty, but signs did say maintenance/renovations were coming soon.
