We arrived late to MIA and asked the hotel via their app to come and pick us up. The shuttle was at the airport within minutes, which was great as we were so tired. The hotel was really nice and clean and comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and efficient. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with an awesome bathroom. We only had a few hours to sleep before heading back to MIA, but we felt so rested. The room was super quiet and beds were comfortable (sleep number). The shuttle was there at 6AM sharp (runs every 30min) and off we went. We were so tired from a long day of traveling and delayed/ cancelled flights, but this hotel made everything better. Thank you !

Its very convenient for short stays it’s the 2nd time we have stayed there. There is a courtesy bus which arrives conveniently just outside of the airport terminal to pick you up and if you are staying a couple of days you can easily get the shuttle back to the airport and take a train to Fort Lauderdale or there is a metro train takes you into Miami both very cheap. The hotel itself is clean and quiet there is a nice bar and restaurant also. we have stayed at the hotel pre cruising and found the hotel to be more reasonable than the city centre and it is easy to get a taxi to the cruise terminal

The hotel met my expectations. Location was good, because it was close to the airport.

The website booking for shuttlebus didn't work. Really inconvenient; especially when you are dead-tired and jet lagged.

I have stayed at the EB hotel on multiple occasions and it is my favorite local hotel in Miami. EB is a very modern boutique style hotel with ambient lighting throughout. The hotel is 5 mins from the Miami airport, very peaceful at night, plenty of parking (some covered), has a nice restaurant (Miranda) that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an adjacent lounge/bar area. The hotel also offers room service as well throughout the day/night. The property also has an outdoor pool and gym. The rooms are ample, clean, and modern. If you like space or for a special occasion or for business meetings, I would recommend the deluxe room (approx. 750 sq ft) which contains a separate living/office area, 2 TVs, large marble bathroom, with tall double paned glass windows for a quiet stay. Carlos at the front desk was professional and courteous. Looking for good Cuban food? Head out to Latin Cafe a few miles away.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional.

The complimentary coffee...COLD, HORRIBLE FLAVOR, NO HALF AND HALF AT THE STATION. I feel for the luxury of the hotel the complimentary coffee station could be SO MUCH Better. Breakfast..service was great, and eggs were good but the toast was hard as a rock and the grits...well I don't call them grits.

Convenient location for Miami Int’l airport. Hotel is relatively new as compared with most bigger brands around MIA so facilities were not tired and rooms were on the large side and a good specification for an airport hotel. The food/drink and service in the bar was excellent quality.

The area around the hotel isn’t very inspiring so don’t go there to be encouraged to take a walk in the area! The transport driver to the airport wasn’t really fit for the job. Scary driving and not physically able to help with luggage. The restaurant is not very pretty so better to take a snack in the bar.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at the EB Hotel Miami. Aurelio at the front desk was always very helpful and pleasant. We made a request for additional pillows, which were delivered very quickly. There was a little issue with hot water delivery in the shower, but we did not have to wait long for the maintenance technician to arrive and the issue was corrected quickly. I will definitely recommend this hotel - truly an exceptional experience!

Enormous room great tv and wifi but the best feature of this hotel is the bed, it is the best bed anywhere in the world and we have tried thousands.the restaurant was good but very expensive and very poor portions if you are vegetarian or vegan, we need much more food than meat eaters as there are far fewer calories in what we can eat.

The water pressure in the sower was pathetic, it was obviously very good at one time but it is seriously calcified and now produces a dribble. Shame because the rest was so good.

They have thought about everything that a traveler would need in a home away from home. My husband and I love this beautiful, modern, stylish hotel. This time we were upgraded to a suite and we wished that our stay could have been longer. Just imagine, they have installed dim, motion activated lights under the counter/wardrobe to guide you through the room in the night. No bumping into things on the way to the bathroom. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the lobby restaurant too. A very luxurious facility.

With a place SO NICE. The owner should fire the kitchen and bar management and replace every last one of them. The food was horrible at BREAKFAST (room service), LUNCH (room service), Dinner (dinning room) EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM HORRIBLE. How can breakfast taste bad😳!??? Bar: sit down at the bar, bar manager and worker chit-chat DIDNT even say hello or knowledge my presence until my friend spoke up. I asked him was there a problem to told me i was looking at my phone is why he didn’t say hello or serve us. Mind you I’m waiting on them to finish talking in Spanish about non bar related things. (Friend spoke spanish they didn’t know) I asked was he the manager and he said he was. Poor service.
