That it's quiet. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday unless you don't want them to. Room has a microwave and mini refrigerator with freezer compartment, cabinets with a kitchen sink and countertop(kitchenette) . Also has a lot of closet space with doors. 2 to be exact. Smart tv and free WiFi!!! Front desk staff are very nice and understanding. Excellent customer service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It's cheap but it's worth more than the money you pay. No deposit. No extra fees each day you stay. No problems with booking more time online if you want an extension and there's no extra fees for that either.

I absolutely like everything about it. Less than 5 minutes from local transit. Laundromart across the street, Burger King across the street. 2 gas stations less than a minute walk away. Pizza hut and McDonald's less than 10 minutes walking distance.

The Parkway check-in was fast, friendly, & efficient. The room was minimalist but clean and large (Family suite was reserved). Parking was easy and it is convenient to MIA.

I do not expect anything better can be expected of this hotel as it is a "value" property in my opinion. The only thing I will say is that there were two "bedrooms" and only one A/C unit and one TV in one "bedroom". An A/C unit and TV in each "bedroom" would be ideal.

It was a 2-bedroom room, with a complete kitchen, which was really practical. There was a spacious closet in the suite, an iron and an ironing board. Comfortable beds. The parking spot is free. Free Wi-Fi. No breakfast. There are restaurants in the neighborhood and it is 5 minutes away from and to Miami International Airport.

Everything was OK.

I love the place I can go for walks and stroll around.

I didn't like how I had to pay a lot of money every day out of my pockets and start contacting coworkers for money which I hate doing so horribly.

It was very clean, the bed was super nice and the AC was great!

The bathroom could have a better toilet seat, since the one on the room was too low for my liking and the curtains were not that private nor provided too much shade.

It was spacious for my kids to play around. The king bed is so big it fit my whole family.

Parking is tight. And most rooms had ugly bathrooms. Some room ac unit was not cleaned had to clean it myself cause it gave off a bad smell.

Was my only option under my budget. Well located and the room was enough to sleep safely 1 night.

It is a little outdated. But the location is good.

Everything was a bit old but as a one night stay near the airport it was perfect. Good price and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our short stay.

i didn’t expected to much from the room. just wanted to sleep few hours and go to visit the city. it was fine for me :)
