Very neat around complex. Good value for the cost

Yes I liked. I had a bed bug problem in one of the rooms and it was solved safely.

I didn´t like the bed bug issue because first thing they asked me to leave apartment at the same day because i could contaminate everything. Finally they found a solution to clean it up during my stay and I stayed there. This solution was very important.

The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes, pans, etc. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Conveniently located next to Publix, restaurants and other places such as barber shop and nail salon. Pool was nice however the music was so low we could never hear it and you aren’t allowed speakers or alcohol at the pool. Loved the walking trails around the pools and the electronic key system so you did not have to check in. They are working on a new pool which should help with the congestion at the pool at times.

WiFi was horrible in our condo and at the pool area. WiFi dropped every few minutes in our building/4013 however, others told us theirs worked fine. Apparently it is an issue in that building. The shower in the primary bedroom needs updating. It squeaks when you step in and every time you move. It is also too small. The other shower for the other bedrooms was much bigger and better.

The location to the volleyball tournament and other Orlando attractions was excellent and very convenient. The condo was spacious and was walking distance to a variety of food options. For example, Publix for groceries, quick stops like Dunkin Donuts, and a couple of sit-down restaurants as well.

We did not get the wifi information until our last night despite my many attempts. Sounds whiny, but the service without wifi on the bottom condo was non-existent. Most of the time, I had to go outside to get a signal, and that was very difficult. The other issue was "ghost ants". They were harmless once I found d out what they were, but annoying. The staff was very helpful. However, the situation was never really solved.

clean and comfortable

I was waiting on my ride to come pick me up and they needed more time. my checkout was scheduled for 11am, but my ride stated they could not get there until 11:45, when I called to request a short extension just for 45 mins, I was told that I would be charged an additional $50! that to me was insane! I spent so much money being there for the whole week and was still going to be charged more for a little extra time. I ended up taking all of my belongings and waiting outside until my ride could arrive. I just think they could have been a little more understanding and less money driven in that scenario.

Just about everything went well, but the location I thought I had booked was the same place I stayed the year before, Casiola Vacation Homes, but we were at Vista Kay, and it was a long walk to the pool and lg hot tub. I talked to one of your employees driving a golf cart and asked him how to get there, and he said it is across the street; you had to cross a major highway to get there; he should have offered a ride. I'm 57 years old, and it was just a long walk. Walking over there, we noticed a pool the guy didn't tell us about. I thought it was bizarre, over all its a great place to stay , we loved it .

Waiting for a 3day rebate promised by the manager.

When we checked in they had to change the washer and dryer. Ceiling fan in master bedroom, light fixtures in bathrooms. Plus the ceiling was leaking but it got fixed as well. Thats why they told me I was getting a 3 day rebate that never happened!

The property was clean and close to the various parks. Like the pool (to help us on those hot days) and game room for my grandchildren

Prior to arrival their employee gave us the incorrect address even though I repeated it multiple times. The upstairs bedrooms were hot. Need more air-conditioning to flow through those rooms

The location was amazing... the size of the unit was on point and the view of water was spectacular. The location was very central to all the events that we had plan. The unit was very spacious, and we were not on top of each other. Beautifully decorated unit that felt very homey.

The unit was not properly cleaned. The kitchen counters were not wiped down properly. The previous guest apparently cooked and there was grease on the counters. The bathroom had residue of either toothpaste or some creamy product. The bed in the master bedroom has seen better days. The mattress was not comfortable at all hence I could not find a comfortable spot to sleep. wished that had carts to help with us taking our stuff upstairs.

I liked the layout of the apartment; the main bedroom had a very comfortable bed; good view from balcony; easy access to pool. Appliances were good and efficient. Nice washer and dryer; loved the showers in both bathrooms. Easy access in and out of property. Overall, a very good location. Would definitely consider coming back.

the living room couch was very uncomfortable and should be replaced; the cleanliness overall was okay; we had to re-sweep the floors; there was a problem with ants in the spare bathroom; there are a few minor cosmetics that need attention: The trash can in spare bathroom is too small; top of faucet is missing; need a better fitting soap and shampoo caddy. Overall tile floors are showing wear and need attention; wall plate behind couch is broken (safety issue). The ac/heat unit on wall is a little complicated.
