Hotel is a giant, but has a great charm to it. Rooms are large and AC works well, blowing a bit hard at cooling moments though, also read about in other reviews (can be disturbing). Rooms are mostly clean, with a slight wear. The Hotel itself is almost an entertainment, running around through the halls and the lobbies. Best though were the pools for kids as well as for grownups, with towels always full, very clean and enough seating. Service is good, Food choices but expensive. Great with the Starbucks inhouse! no wait times ever. Parking at twentyeight d's is not cheap, and a small walk, but most hotels do this now! We will keep it in mind for future, due to value for money, we stayed at end of trip in Caribroyalhotel to compare and they are very similar, just the last is more updated. we stayed with two kids 3 and 6 and everyone was very friendly about this. Pool is optimal for them. Location very easy for Airport and Disney.

Food very expensive. AC blowing on off loud in room. but generally we would stay again.

first, the young lady who checked me in noticed my ankle surgery and put me in a handicap room. I really appreciated that.. bartender Ericsson makes a great mojito and very friendly person. the resort is a beautiful place. I wish i could of enjoyed it more of it, but my mom had a stroke the wednesday before, so i was back and forth, but over-all staff was great.

the long walk to parking and long wait for trolley till take you to parking. i recently had ankke surgery and had to walk to parking lot, and now im in a lot of pain. Hopefully, fid not do any damage to my ankle. hurting like heck right now.

Beautiful architecture, very upscale property and grounds.

We were in a handicapped room. Unfortunately, it was the last room on the end of the hall, which means that we had to traverse about a good quarter mile on carpet with increased rolling resistance. It would have been better suited to be closer to the elevators. The additional cost for parking on the property seemed somewhat ridiculous. Especially when the parking attendant stated that we would be charged one price and the invoice for closeout was at a higher rate. Prices on everything on premise were exceptionally inflated. We had a meal in room on the first night that was two sandwiches with two glasses of milk. It cost $70.

The rooms and bed were very comfortable & clean although the air conditioning unit is very noisy thankfully we didn’t need to use it very often

The spa was very expensive and unfortunately you couldn’t even relax around the inside pool or use any of there facilities without paying, especially when up upgrade your stay you should be able to access that area or even use the gym with becoming bankrupt… I now know why it was empty and unused

It was absolutely beautiful! Everything was!

I felt nickled and dimed with all the fees, I was told copies were complementary but charged .25 cents for each, the valet also seemed to gouge my purse as I kept having to tip every time I took my car out. I even tipped one valet driver handsomely thinking he would bring luggage up and had to tip another worker for doing so.

Everything we needed was on site and easy to get around via Uber/taxi. Grounds are beautifully kept. Rooms have all the connectivity ports very convenient and the ambient lighting was very relaxing. Entertainment options were amazing with huge TV and Chromecast for casting own devices. Multiple door options catering for a variety of tastes.

Decor slightly tired and shower refresh (curtain rather than screen) but mainly aesthetic’s and didn’t affect our stay at all.

Beautiful resort! Multiple pools/hot tubs, a game room, pool bar and grille with poolside service. Many on-premise restaurants but overall, we found the quality of the 4 we visited to be mediocre and very expensive as expected at a resort (skip MiCasa Tequila Taqueria all together).

Cala Bella has a very limited menu (much wider variety pre-Covid.) Does not include a basic house, caesar or Italian salad. Basically, a few appetizers, 5 entrees, 5 pastas, 3 salads and pizzas). Staff was friendly but service was slow for a party of 2 with a 6:00 arrival. It took forever to receive our check. The 18 Monroe Street Market did not seem to be able to keep up with the high demand the Hotel generates. Seemed to be out of basic items like ice and ranch dressing. Quick to order meal and 24-hour deli left a lot to be desired. Water stations at the pools were often out of water and cups.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes. The double queen bedroom was enough wide (we were four!). There were lots of services, bars, restaurants with quite good food and even a supermarket inside. Room service was very polite, the room was clean. It has been a pleasant stay. The personnel was actually kind and helpful.

The lightening of the room was a little poor. Parking was easy to find, but it costed a too much. In our room there were windows that couldn't be opened. Everywhere in the Hotel the conditioning system was set too cold.

the resort was beautiful. the architect is absolutely gorgeous. Our room was spacious and the view was breath taking. I enjoyed my stay. front desk very friendly. I think the only 2 things that would be negative would be that if we r going to stay at ur resort and we r already paying for our stay I don’t understand why we should pay for parking per day. the first day as we checked in I was not sure where to park so I decided to valet not realizing that after I gave my keys to my car to valet then noticed that valet was 40 dollars a day. So if ur getting a really good rate on ur stay then u have to pay the extra for parking a day that’s where it starts to add up. the last negative thing was that there was an employee I wish I would of gotten his name but he asked us if we needed a cart to put our luggage’s and my husband had answered him that yes we would need one. we waited and waited and the employee decided to give it to someone else and started to having a conversation with that guest and we stood standing there with our luggage’s. I’m not the type that needs to be waited on hand and foot and I have 2 perfectly hands that I can take my own luggage’s to my room so didn’t care for there service. It was merely the fact that he came to us and then just decided not to complete his task. other then that my stay was very comfortable.

i absolutely loved every little detail of this resort. from all the beams and the high ceilings to the big fireplace and seating area. I say that this resort thought of it all. The tall windows ur able to see the view of everything outside was amazing. my room was spacious. now I don’t know if every room in this hotel is spacious I just know that the room they gave me was spacious and shower was very roomy. I must say that this has been one of the most comfortable place that I have stayed in Orlando. and I have stayed in a few expensive resorts. the price was great except for the parking per day. I would like for them to be considerate to there guest and change the pricing in there parking and valet for future stays.
