It was close to all the theme parks. It was like being at home. Very comfortable beds.

Could have been cleaner. Found an old sandwich in a zip lock bag under the bed.🤮

Upon check in we found only 3 spoons and a very limited amount of glasses.After our call we had a delivery next day of brand new supplies.Our guests reported to us shower in guest bathroom not draining properly and a very limited supply of hangers in closet.We reported both issues.

Great loaction, apartment was a great size, rooms and bathrooms were big. Clothes dryer broke during our stay and the replaced it. Gated community so felt safe. Nice pool area

Property was great but as it was self-service there was no housekeeping. This is fine but a few cleaning products provided would have been nice especially if staying for a few weeks. The stuff we bought had a lot left over at the end of our trip and felt like a waste. Hopefully they kept them there for the next guests.

Excellent location & value. It was clean. The pool area & surrounding areas were groomed well. It felt comfortable & safe. The beds were comfortable.

This is our second stay & both times, it feels like it’s left to the customer to notify them of things not working properly. Even though prompt to fix, I would prefer regular scheduled maintenance evaluations of the room to decrease the chance of making maintenance calls. It’s hard to have maintenance come while you’re trying to vacation. First time, there wasn’t a coffee pot & multiple lights out, this stay, the dishwasher didn’t work. Both times they came right out & went over & beyond but it’s our vacation & we want to make the most of it.

Location of the townhouse was excellent. Gated community and services around the block. Easy in easy out. Dedicated parking and garage. Door accessible by digital key input. Aminities in kitchenette. Living room bed rooms toilets are all as we expected. 1 AC unit that cools the whole townhouse. Good green views from balcony side.

Shower heads are a bit rusty or salty. 3 levels means using stairs up and down which is ok for us but if we have an older person it would have been very difficult. Also carring luggage up and down is a hustle but ok.

It would have been great to have a shuttle take us to the parks.

Modern apartment block in a great resort with facilities outside of the accommodation. We made use of the pool and the gym which are both great. The bedrooms are a good size, each with an en suite bathroom which was perfect for us. Great location and lots of space within the apartment. There is a kettle in the kitchen, which for English travellers is essential!

Some of the equipment and decor had seen better days. For example, there are blunt knives, the coffee machine is faulty and the blinds in the sitting room are in need of repair. We couldn't close/open them. The (clean) towels had make-up stains/marks on them. None of this would stop me returning. It was value for money, given the location and onsite facilities.

We have stayed with Orlando Resort Rentals for the past 10 years and it is always a great experience and a fantastic location. We love the property, the hosts are excellent and always available if needed. However, it is very unlikely that there are any issues. It is a perfect property when you want a peaceful quite stay away from all of the tourist hotels and hassles, yet it is close to everything when you do want to have fun.

The only thing we would say, is that when purchasing a late check-out, that information needs to be better communicated to staff. This will be the second year that we have opted for a late check-out, yet the staff are not proactively informed and they are always surprised when we are still in the room. While they are very polite about it and immediately seem to be able to confirm the late check-out, it is still annoying to have to bother with that detail when they knock on the door at the regular check out time.

We booked an executive 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very modern and was fully equipped with all accessories and utensils required for a self catering style holiday. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was very clean, perfect location in close proximity to Universal and a very nice balcony for early morning coffees. We had an issue with noisy neighbours which was resolved very quickly and efficiently by the property management company (Thanks to Daniel) who moved us to an alternative apartment, which was also very nice and had views of the lake. Highly recommend booking at Vista Cay and booking with Orlando Resort Rentals. We will definitely be booking again.
