Hotel location is near by Disney and very close to Universal, the complimentary shuttle service to universal park is a great option. the available laundry room in the ground floor is a great add on and a big time saver. house keeping was great and room was cleaned daily.

Same breakfast every day with no varieties. for a day or two its ok but we stayed for a week. AC in the unit was directed to one of the queen beds with no option of deflecting the cold air flow away from the bed.

We were a party of 6. Didn’t spend whole lot of time In our room. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room. The breakfast was hot (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruits, muffins). Majority of the staff was nice. The Hotel is close to the parks, food and shopping. We used the shuttle to go to universal which was nice. And free parking. We would stay again.

The motel smelled a little musty at first. It’s a little dated. And one staff member complained when we asked for Extra blankets as there wasn’t enough linens for 6 of us. My only complaint is the last pickup (shuttle) from the parks back to the hotel was early (7:25) which sucked if you wanted to stay at the parks until closing. (If parks were open till 8-9). You can’t watch any of the closing shows due to last shuttle pickup.

Location was excellent, very comfortable, staff was very customer oriented, room was clean.

Breakfast was not bad; not many options to choose from; should add more variety.

Breakfast was good but every day the same, for hot breakfast sausages and scrambled eggs or waffle makers, we stayed 6 nights so variety would have been nice. Staff were great, nice pool and out door eating area. All in all good place to stay and it is clean and the front desk staff were very nice.

Some of the staff at breakfast could have been a little more helpful, I wanted a little milk for my tea after 9.30 but they had taken it away and they didn't offer to get me some, also staff asking you if you have your key to get back in from the pool when you have your hands full. All they had to do was press a button.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and smeledl fresh and clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good . The location was near of were I needed to be. The people at the front desk and breakfast are were sooo nice, this is what make the staying here extra nice.

I woke up to loud music coming from the hallway, i waited to see maybe the music was gonna stop, I got up and was ready to knock on someones door until I realized that the music was coming from the speakers right by my door, it was before 7 am , I am not sure if this is how a wake up call for breakfast or not.

Price of our stays and breakfast is included and the location is very good.

We stay here for our Universal trips. We mainly use the hotel as a rest stop and sleep site. The free breakfast is nice, the beds are very comfy (I sleep like a log), the rooms are spacious and clean, and the drive to Universal is also SO quick (5 mins!). We love staying at this location. The staff is also very nice.

Looks like they’re renovating the elevators, which is good because they’re slow as molasses. Also wish there were USB plugs in the walls. I really have no major complaints.

kind hotel receptionist;bed is comfy ;affordable place to stay for family visiting universal theme parks. brrakfast is basic but sufficient. theres laundry (really helpful for family travelling with kids):a vendo machine and laundry supply available at the desk-this is very convenient for all the guest who want to do their laundry

carpet looks old but it didt affect our stay.

I loved everything including the staff I was little upset because I paid everything in advance and ask that a small bed be put in there for my son but I came here and u said the bed was 20 dollars a day when u could have told me in advance and I would have paid in advance so it was lil inconvenience.

Need more variety for breakfast or change it up I got sick eating the same thing over and over
